The staff was very courteous and kind. The rooms very spacious. We stayed in a room with a king bed and two twin beds. It had a little kitchenette. They offered a breakfast in the morning. It was very close to the LDS sights around the area. I would stay here again for sure!

Hotel was clean and spacious. We stayed in a suite which featured a king size bed in one room, three twins in another, and a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room, plenty of room for our large family. We had a kitchenette in the suite as well, which was a nice amenity because we didn't find satisfactory eating establishments in... More

The room was Clean, comfortable and convient for seeing many LDS sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I disliked was the disorganized way breakfast was served. I enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable. We were able to even watch movies with a DVD player in the room. I would stay there again when in the... More

We stayed in a room with a king bed and two twin beds. This room was very spacious and also included an equipped kitchen. It was a quiet hotel. My children enjoyed the three computer in the lobby. The breakfast did not have hot items in a banquet server but did have chocolate chip eggos and waffles that could be... More

We slept GREAT on the King Sized Serta beds they have. The rooms were clean, and staff very friendly. It was unusual to have to twin beds in our room, but it was great to not have to have a roll away bed, and our daughter and grand daughter slept in those beds, and the price of the room for... More

This IS the place to stay when visiting the Palmyra area. It is central to all the sites. The staff and facilities are the best. I was in New York for a convention in Rochester and felt it was worth the drive to stay here. This is my third stay here and won't be my last. The rooms are everything... More

We loved the location. There's a walking path to the historic sites and LDS temple. It was a short drive to down town Palmyra, the printing press, Martin Harris farm, the visitor centre and Pageant as well.

The hotel is right next to LDS historical sites on the main highway. The building is relatively new and very clean. There was some noise from a youth group in an adjacent room. Better sound barriers would be nice. Continental breakfast was "average".

The staff is very friendly and I feel they try their best to be helpful. The accommodations are adequate, but not impressive (in terms of quality-- it's not luxury). I think they do well working with what they've got. It is not top notch furnishings-- I was unfortunate enough to sleep on the pull out bed and I could feel... More

The rooms were very spacious and the hotel staff very accommodating. Room was clean and fridge and microwave nice to have. Only a mile and a half to access the trail beside the canal at lock 29. Trail is cinders and great to ride. Hotel breakfast was ok. Great for a group.
