We had a suite for a family of 6 and it was great with respect to the beds and space. But housekeeping skipped our room for two days of the week we were there. Also, there was a kitchenette but it was poorly equipped, i.e., very few utensils (some were plastic) and no dish cloths for the first 3 days.... More

We have been coming here yearly ever since the Palmyra Inn first opened its doors, and over the last few years had been disappointed in the increasing shabbiness of the Inn. BUT, wonderful news! Our visit this year finds the rooms freshened up with lovely new, white comforters, flat screen TV, new thicker towels and, I think, a fresh coat... More

I use the Palmrya Inn several times a year for a large scrapbooking getaway and have done so for the past several years. The staff is always top-notch especially Patty, who takes care of the continental breakfast every day. And Kristy, who I believe is the Housecleaning Manager or Assistant Manager of the hotel. Those two in particular always make... More

The location was great for historical sights and the price was fair. Staff friendly. TV's are old and difficult to see where they are placed in the room. Like another reviewer, room was missing a panel in the window blind. Housekeeping could be a bit more detail oriented. I thought it odd in that though the place was not full... More

We stayed here with a tour group for three nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and therefore could use some sprucing up, but it was comfortable and served our purposes well. The biggest complaint we all had was no counter space in the bathroom., but there was a nice kitchen and sitting area. The... More

I was expecting a lot more from this hotel based on the reviews I read. The TV in the room was about 15 years old and I could barely see it from the bed. My blinds were missing two panels so I had to put up a sheet. My sink was clogging up. The breakfast they served was carbohydrates galore.... More

Perfect location for visiting LDS sites. Really Friendly staff and clean rooms. My only suggestion is to have other options in the rooms besides coffee. Clientele is, after all, primarily LDS. Perhaps hot cocoa and herbal tea.

Great place! We didn't originally plan on staying in Palmyra, but they had a room and let us use a rollaway bed for the extra kid. Great value. Close to everything you want to see. I know this wouldn't have happened in the summer months, but for those that home-school or have off-season flexibility, this is the place to stay.... More

My sweet Wife & I stayed for 4 nights while visiting the Palmyra Temple and the numerous historical LDS sites in the area, including a hop into Canada for Niagara Falls. We enjoyed one of their heart shaped Jacuzzi suites with an amazingly comfortable king sized bed. The Inn is within walking distance to the Temple and the Sacred Grove.... More

Would not hesitate to return to the Plamyra Inn. Excellent staff. Wonderful location to see all the sights of this part of New York. The continental breakfast was better than expected. Very friendly lady saw that every thing was up and ready at 6 AM.
