Fantastic staff! Great, impressive fireplace in main foyer, good continental breakfast. HUGE rooms (2 king beds, microwave, counter, sink, toaster, bar fridge) Go to their website and check out various packages they have - we chose the Stay Longer, Shop More and it was worth every penny. This Inn is located in the middle between the Waterloo Premium Outlets and... more

The hotel was clean, plainly but decently appointed and very spacious. We had a larger suite with two king beds and a small kitchenette. Didn't make sense but they had no kettle in the kitchen, but pretty much everything else you could need. Our biggest problem was the group activity going on in the unit next door that was out... more

We stayed here for two nights in a room with a king bed, two twins, a roll away, plus a kitchenette. Efficient layout, clean, and spacious. Got a great rate at AAA.com. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, and mom appreciated the laundry room just down the hall (and not just one but TWO laundry rooms!) Breakfast offering was deluxe continental... more

We stayed at the Palmyra Inn on our way to and from Toronto. The Inn was very comfortable and especially liked the size of the rooms and that there was a separate "living room" area. The staff was very helpful. We plan to stay there again on our next trip to Toronto. more

We stayed in a family suite, about 200 for the night. It had two bedrooms plus living room with pull-out couch. The kitchen was small but perfect for a hotel room, and the fridge was full-sized, not a bar fridge. Our only complaint could be the state of the pull-out couch matress (has anyone ever seen a nice pull-out couch... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel Oct. 17th to Oct. 20th. 2008. We originally had planned our trip for Aug. but had to postpone. We were informed that there were no standard rooms available for the period we re-booked, but we were given an upgrade to a deluxe suite at no extra cost! The room was immaculate. It... more

This hotel is probably the only hotel in Palmyra. I really didn't see any others except for a Bed & Breakfast. I'm sure other hotels exist, but this one had a really great location if you are visiting Palmyra for the LDS historic sites. It's the closest hotel you'll find to the Palmyra Temple, the Smith Farm, and the Sacred... more

The good: This place is clean and the staff is friendly The bad: We booked a room w/ a king-sized bed. We got a room with two twin beds pushed together with king bedding. more

Great Location to stay at in proximity to the LDS church history sites (Temple and Sacred Grove within walking distance). Large rooms and layouts that fit larger families. We were able to get our 7 person family in one room. Very Clean and comfortable with breakfast that was not spectacular but still better than most. Has a very large jacuzzi... more

We stayed at the Palmyra Inn at the end of May. The price was reasonable. With taxes the price came to approx $270 for the three nights, much less than we paid for other rooms in NY. I have been told the price goes up during the Pagent. The room was very clean. The fridge and microwave helped considerably. Breakfast... more
