Since I live in the Oneonta School District, I receive notices of sex offenders living within the school district. There are 2 level 2 offenders living at this motel address as per the notice I received today. Family stayed at this hotel recently and described it as o.k.

I stayed here this past weekend during a family reunion with my stepmother's family, it was my first time in Oneonta. I had stopped here for both that reunion and with the intention of showing her Upstate New York and Vermont to potentially move there one day. I booked this hotel after seeing a lack of availability on other hotels... More

Bargain prices, but disgusting accommodations. Had I been in a restaurant I might have appreciated the aromas greeting us at the front desk. We had to side-step the boisterous drunk construction workers sitting in lawn chairs on the sidewalk blocking the stairs to our room. Linens were clean, spreads filthy. I really don't like finding beer bottle caps, and cigarette... More

I enjoyed staying at the Town House Inn. The staff was very cordial and receptive. The room was very clean and the linens were fresh. The room is pretty spacious most with double beds. Overall it was a pleasant experience for the price we paid. The best thing is that this motel is located right in the heart of the... More

I'm always surprised to read the negative reviews this hotel gets. We've stayed here 4 times since 2010 the most recent being 1/10/14. We've stayed in room 25, 27, 34 and 35. We've never encountered anything unacceptable. The linens are clean, the beds are comfortable, the floor is clean. There are some things which could use a bit of attention.... More

Reading other reviews of this motel, I was a little wary. But, checking prices in the area - this was a bargain. Didn't expect much, didn't get much. It is a typical motel room (smaller than most), but, it worked for us. You could walk to town, making it very convenient. The room was clean, had a microwave and small... More

We stayed at this place in mid August. I was dirty and disgusting. It is not quite as bad as some previous posters have commented. There were no drunks or vomit laying around, but it was poorly kept. For the price, I would recommend driving further down the interstate and find something else. When we walked into the room, it... More

Loved this place because of its close location to the best part of this town! The rooms were cozy and clean for a low price, and not to mention the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I am definitely coming back. We came for my son's orientation at SUNY and stayed here. Highly recommend this place!!!

The boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay close to downtown, while this place didn't have the best reviews it was downtown and with Hartwick college graduation happening the same weekend we had planned our overnight trip to Oneonta this place was the only one that had rooms available or didn't require a two night minimum. The... More
