Worst hotel I ever been to. They qouted one price and when we checked out they raised the price by $30 per night. It rained during our stay. it wouldn't be bad, but it was raining inside! They put garbage pails to collect the water. There were bugs on the bed. The carpets smelled of mold. The a/c was broken.... more

I must preface this by saying that the workers at this hotel were pleasant. Unfortunately that is the only positive comment I am able to make. The room was terrible! I was supposed to have a king suite on the first floor but when I arrived I was told that there were only king suites on the 2nd floor and... more

What a dump, in every sense of the word. It's dirty, I'm not sure what the cleaning staff does, or that their vacuum cleaners work. The bathrooms are gross. Lots of missing trim in the rooms. Grime everywhere. The pool is closed. Half the ice machines don't work. The wifi doesn't work, so the advertised high speed internet claim is... more

Made my reservation for a King suite, for 2 adults and 2 teens. The website say that the maximum number of people for the room was 6. Arrived at the hotel, and there was a used condom lying in the parking lot. My family went to use the public restroom, and it was so dirty they wouldn't even use it... more

Just returned from an overnight stay at this hotel. I did not have a reservation and was pleased to hear they had available rooms. However, that feeling did not last long. When I asked what time the continental breakfast was I was informed that they do not offer continental breakfast on the weekend. There was no parking in the front... more

We booked 3 rooms in Sept. 07 for my grandaughter's college graduation, we live 7 hours away. We were given a confirmed rate of $64.95 a night. I arrived a day later than the rest of my family (1 room) and was told the rate was $169.00 plus tax a night, I explained we had confirmed reservations for 3 nights... more

We went for the blues concert and were expecting a great time - rented three doubles for the group - prices were outrageous. They even admitted that they upped the rate because of the concert. We later discovered there were virtually no services! OK - it is accessible enough and the shower worked (although moldy and stinking). That's the best... more

Stayed at the hotel in December of 07 The front desk was very helpful. I lock my keys in the car and got the city police and help me. After that she checked me into a room on the second floor which was a nice room. The best of the room was the pillow top mattress that i slept on.... more
