Location: We spent a long weekend xc skiing and snowshoeing at the Garnet Hill Cross Country Ski Center and wanted nearby accommodations (opting not to stay at Garnet Hill). Cedarwood is located on a very pretty (and quiet) residential road just a few miles from Garnet Hill, Gore Mtn, and the charming North Creek Main Street (try Bar Vino for... more

Our three-day stay was perfect. The service, breakfast, and hospitality of Cedarwood B&B exceeded our expectations. The room -- Artist's Retreat -- was creatively decorated yet uncluttered, spacious (had a seating area), and the bed was so comfortable. The well-stocked private bath was amazing with a tub and shower like no other. Sharalee and Louis were friendly and welcoming and... more

We have stayed at Cedarwood twice and it is one of our favorite B&B's. Sharalee and Louis are perfect hosts - friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. The rooms are nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious, and afternoon tea is provided, with wonderful baked goods, such as the best apple pie I have ever had. Evenings by the... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at Cedarwood for the second time and agreed that it truly represents what a B & B should be. It has cozy, authentic atmosphere, it is off the beaten path with nature available just out the door, there is plenty of reading material (especially resources for the local area), the rooms have the comforts of... more

This B&B is really away from it all. You have to drive over an unpaved (yet very even) road to get there. The house has a nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice and helpful. The best thing though is the breakfast. I don't want to spoil the surprise, so I will only tell you to prepare yourself for... more

What a wonderful, warm place to stay. The owners are always attentive and smiling. In the winter, there's a cozy fire and lots of good food. The rooms are really fun - each has a theme, a history and lots of good stuff to read about in each room. It is very clean, comfortable and friendly. I give it a... more

We have stayed at Cedarwood over the past 4 years. Each time is as good as the last. In the morning Saralee prepares a gourmet breakfast that involves baking, unusual pastries and just wonderful food. You will not go away hunger. In fact, we bring small storage trays to keep our food in the refrigerator in the common serving area... more

Wonderful place to stay! Sharalee & Louis are great hosts. The gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea & snack are out of this world. We have stayed here with friends for the past 4 years as the start to a 2 week cross country ski vacation and plan to return for many more years. Now with the addtion of 2 additional... more

Cedarwood B&B is the perfect place to stay for a midwinter getaway. Gore Mt. is only a few miles away, and for cross-country skiers, the Garnet Hill trails are right out the back door. One can start with a hearty breakfast of homemade granola, popovers, poached eggs, fresh fruit dishes, organic coffee- -every morning there is something new and delicious,... more
