The hotel has a great location, two good options of breakfest (indoor and outdoor in the restaurant aside), clean and confortable rooms, nice people at the reception. It is part of a group that also offers other services, we received perfect instructions to a boat trip.

This hotel was great. It was right in the middle of everything you could want in Fira, for a pretty good price. The rooms were nothing extravagant but who is really staying in besides to sleep anyways? It had a very "homey" feel to it and breakfast was included which was helpful as well. The staff was great and spoke... More

Hotel was booked whist i was attending a conference. Room did not look as advertised. Much darker and dated than shown. Hotel owners friendly at times, but did not liked to be asked for anything such as towels or extra pillows. The worst thing about this place is that it is located off Fira main square which meant at night... More

Friendly staff, free wifi and 24 hours breakfast. They could have more options though other than that single boiled egg. The rooms are nice and comfortable although a bit small. This is close to the city centre and very convenient for evening strolls. However, the music from the nearby restaurants can be intrusive and go well into the night.

This hotel is terrible. Basic, spartan, uncomfortable and a lot of street noise, It is clean, except a lot of flies. The mattresses and pillows are deadly uncomfortable. The bathroom is fine. The location is good. But it is just not comfortable.

We found this to be in a perfect location... Walk to everything, just off the main centre. Very close to the bus station and everything else. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great value hotel and the breakfast was worthwhile. Also they have a lovely garden restaurant next door with eating there.

Caldera, or not... there are so many amazing choices of accommodation on Santorini, and you may not get it right the first time, grotto, or windows... Away from the breezy brink, breakfast is served all hours at the Pelican and the adjoining garden restaurant serves all meals in its spacious tropical bar and eating areas. The rooms are clean and... LOCATION excellent location. this place is one of the closest hotels to the Fira main area. there are restaurants across the street and next to the hotel. you are less than a minute from the main street with ATMs, restaurants, souvenir shops. you are on the same road that takes you to the old port. you are less than 10... We were really expecting a good trip to Santorini. However, upon reaching the harbor my hotel forgot to fetch us. Can you imagine calling the hotel at close to 1am and nobody willing to entertain us. We were worried and couldn't even dreamed of what we would have to do at the harbor till morning. Luckily there was 1 taxi... More

I would like to comment on my residence in Santorini. It is a very beautiful island, which I would definitely visit again and again. I' ve already been there three times! As far as Pelican hotel is concerned, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the personnel was very helpful. Also, everything was close, so we felt... More
