You couldn't ask for more. The hotel is in the middle of everything. The reviewer before has it exactly right even with the cons. The view made up for everything. GOOD: Excellent location in the heart of Thira, the view is great - although NOT PERFECT due to some distraction from the scruffy structure of the building below. We were supposed to stay at Hotel Aressana, a newly renovated spa hotel down the street (Theoxenia's "sister" hotel). My stay at the Theoxenia Hotel was wonderful!! The hot breakfast was delicious and more than substantial. It kept me going for several hours! Having it served "en suite" was particulaly nice.
