Stayed at Panorama SUITES (not the hotel). Arrived late at night and received a room with twin beds rather than a double bed which we had specifically requested. We were told it doesn't matter as it is only one night anyway (costing only 250 euros!!). The next morning woman running the suites was apologetic so we didn't make a fuss.... more

We stayed at the Panorama Studios below the Panorama Hotel. It was a fabulous location on the caldera edge of Thiera; central to the main shopping and bars. We had a wonderful 5 nights. Excellent clean and secure rooms, a great swimming pool. The views were awesome and our balcony a perfect sun trap. We would recommend Panorama Studio and... more

I stayed at the Panorama Hotel (not the Panorama Suites, they are connected but not the same accommodations) for 3 nights. The view from my room overlooking the caldera was spectacular. The gals who worked the front desk were terrific. I was able to have laundry done there which really came in handy. Free internet in the lobby, which was... more

I stayed here with a girlfriend in August of 2006. We stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived at the hotel the lady at reception didn't have our booking.. This would have been as it was a last minute booking, so understandable. But she wasn't very nice or friendly at all - not then, and not once during our stay.... more

We arrived in Santorini from Naxos one afternoon recently without reservations – usually OK at this time of year - to stay a night before taking our flight back home. We tried Loucas first, where we have stayed before, but it was full, and instead we ended up at the Panorama Suites which is the sister property of the Panorama... more

Although I believe I didn't find this hotel quite as bad as the previous reviewer it did have some faults. The booking we had made through an agent at another hotel somehow got mixed up and this was the only hotel that was still available in our price range. It was 130 euros a night. The room is quite small,... more

This hotel really spoiled our vacation. For 130 Euros a night, we could have stayed in any one of a multitude of great hotels. The rooms were small and the bathroom was shabby. Plus, it was so small that it was difficult for even one person to fit. We had two rooms and both bathroom doors did not even remotely... more

Very reasonable rate given the location and absolutely amazing view. The room and bathroom were very tiny and simple but everything was clean. There was even a small balcony from which to take in the view. I highly recommend this hotel based on the view alone! Be forewarned though, they advertise that they have a pool, however it is actually... more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Located in the heart of Fira, this hotel has spectacular views of the caldera and the location of the hotel is only steps away from all the restaurants, clubs, bars and shopping. The hotel has a fantastic pool on the edge of the cliff but it takes some time to hike down... more
