We stayed 7 nights in September for our honeymoon trip in a junior suite. The Room is quite spacious, with both jacuzzi facing the caldera and another shower. They complement us with a great bottle of wine. Didn't try the jacuzzi but it looks fantastic. Great breakfast in the v lounge balcony. The stuff are great and really helpful. FIra... More

Stayed here 5 nights in August. We were picked up from the airport by hotel staff and taken to the bottom of the road (as the hotel is on a pedestrian only road) where another man came and took our luggage up to the rooms for us (uphill). This man was very kind and helpful- and he went to such... More

A hotel choice, especially for vacation holiday is an important decision, and fortunately with sites like TA, there is information available to help. We all have differing criteria and preferences, we generally go for location first, followed by style and amenities. In Santorini, we where clear that we would book a caldera view and also preferred to be in /... More

This hotel is only accessible by foot so you will have to haul your luggage up from the taxi stop about half a mile. We had a patio with an amazing view of the caldera, port, and islands. The room does have noise from the restaurants at night and guests, but not too terrible. The hotel staff makes recommendations that... More

After a screw up from our driver at pick up the hotel was very quick to apologize and offer us a free return trip! We had a higher up room with a fantastic view and outdoor couch for exquisite sunsets. It's the perfect place to be. Lots of steps but it goes with the entire island! We had a great... More

Dear Pamela325 We appreciate you have shared your experience from your stay with us. We understand there was an inconsistency from the transfer service to our disappointment and the least we could do was to offer you a complimentary transfer for your way back to the port/airport. We are sorry for this and we thank you for your patience and... More

The location, the staff, and the service was excellent. A lot of honeymooners and anniversary goers. All couples during our stay and no children. Great location! It's right in the middle of all that Fira had to offer. The breakfast was okay, I hate non-American bacon, and don't like the egg yolk consistency abroad. The French toast was delicious and... More

Just stayed 3 nights in this lovely boutique hotel right in the center of town with wonderful views over the caldeira. Lots of step to go from top (reception) to bottom (swimming pool) but well worth the effort. Had a 2bedroom accommodation beautifully decorated (including 2 beautiful bathrooms). Entrance of hotel on what they call Gold Street (main shopping street... More

Dear Kri92 We appreciate your positive and informative review on our hotel. We are delighted to hear that you have had an enjoyable stay with us. Our initial greeting from staff was very warm and welcoming. We were given all the appropriate information on were to park, restaurants and landmarks. We had room 402 which is right at the front of the hotel, which you literally step out into all the action. Unfortunately given how close it was to everything we didn't get a night sleep... More
