For a Fira hotel this was good value. Suite was lovely, well equipped with TV, Sound system (iPod docking speakers) & scented candles (nice touch). Concierge gave great recommends for good value authentic food locally but best service was from the zen-like waiter who appeared anytime you needed something. Breakfast overlooking the caldera & sea was an unforgettable experience. Perhaps... More

If you are looking for something close to the Main town in fira, overlooking the water and sunset views then this is the place for you. Something different being an old mansion , the rooms are big and old with everything you need. Breaky on the rooftop terrace is excellent . A beautiful spread of yummy fresh food to go... More

This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location - near to the town centre but not in the thick of it. The customer service is amazing - when we arrived, we were told about everything there is to do in Santorini, the options open to us, a map of the area, recommendations of attractions, local restaurants (away from the... This is like a ghost house. No one to be seen around just except one person at the reception , concierge and room service. I mean one person for all the three. To reach the hotel was a hell lot of problem. With view facing the sea from my room there are electricity distribution wires which obstruct the view. I... More

Nice view, fantastic full breakfast service, plus sea view room & dinning area. Best hotel for honeymoon. Its staff were very helpful, they helped us to carry our suitcases when we moved in/out. It is close to the center of Fila but without noise of people.

After a long day of travelling it was an absolute delight to find this Hotel. The decor was fantastic. However, I didn't realise that you had to climb a staircase that was more like a ladder to get to the bedroom, needless to say the suitcases were downstairs ! The other problem was I had a disability that made it... More

Very good service & we recommed the turkey, Philly cheese, cucumber, sundried tomatoe sandwich with a side salad. The view is distorted by the powerlines so go a little further down for a sunset dinner. Come here for a break in the day & amazing 1920's French music background music. Cheers Friends!

This was my third trip to Santorini and this is by far the best hotel. We got upgraded to the Blue Vine room.It was our hands down our favorite room on our 2 week vacation all over Greece. The room was gigantic and it had all kinds of areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The room is literally on the main... We went to Santorini for the first time last month with another couple, and reserved Lava Lounge through a travel agent friend. The rooms are all unique and different, and have that old Greek cave-style feel to them. They were so spacious, had everything we needed, and were kept very clean throughout our stay. The location is perfect, you're hillside... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Two neoclassic mansions built with flair adjoined into a romantic accommodation villa. The mansion was historically a summer home of Murat, the King of Sicily and General of Napoleon. Nested at the top of the Caldera cliff, in the heart of the island's capital, yet secluded from the visitor's crowds, offering panoramic view of the sea and the volcano as well as its famous sunset. ... more   less
