In the stunning village of Oia, Aspa Villas is no doubt a Top 5 place for budget-minded travelers in search of a clean and charming room. Some of the rooms have spectacular views of both the Aegean Sea and Caldera, others do not. Best to inquire which is which before you go - if it matters. The hosts, Dimitris and... more

We stayed at aspa villas in oia in mid-october 2009, having chosen it largely on the basis of the many favorable comments found on Trip Advisor, and we were very pleased with our selection. It is situated in a great location... as expected from the descriptions and photos we had seen, the view is simply spectacular! We stayed in a... more

We stayed here for 1 night due to the hotel's proximity to the main area of Oia. You get on the bus from Fira and if memory serves me right, it is 4 stops away. We stayed in the highest floored room of the hotel and found the room really well equipped and very cosy. The view from the balcony... more

We decided to stay here on various recommendations and were delighted.. Oia was a beautiful place to stay in Santorini and Aspa Villas the perfect location... as you are away from the busy areas but close enough to walk or jump on bus and into Fira. We arrived late due to our ferry being delayed by bad weather and were... more

I found this hotel after scouring reviews of various budget accommodations in Santorini. I was looking to get as much as possible while trying to avoid paying some of the astronomical rates found on the island. Aspa Villas is located right outside of the village of Oia. It is easily reached on the bus (from the port, take the bus... more

The hotel was wonderful. It was small, but efficient. They even left us a complimentary pound cake! The area was beautiful, there were many weddings being held in the small chapels. Pros: good view, nice people, very beautiful area! Cons: A bit small, and the shower gets everything wet. I took a 15 min shower and I stepped out to... more

Our stay at the Aspa Villas was fantastic. The owners were very gracious and the traditional style cave rooms were great. We had a view of the famous blue-tipped churches and the caldera from our balcony. We stayed at the hotel with our toddler son and the owners set up a cot in the room for him. The hotel is... more

Won't repeat what others have said, but stayed here for 3 nights over Easter in one of the cave rooms - which was cozy! the rooms are simple but well equipped, although (like the rest of Santorini) a caldera view comes at a price... Nikoleta very friendly, be aware this is c10-15 mins walk from the centre of Oia -... more

We stayed the last week of April this year. The owners are GREAT- the boat trip to the volcano was great fun. The bus to Fira is easy- beware the return at 2 PM loaded with high school kids! The cave room had just windows in the double entry doors- and these are tiny. My husband loved it- but no... more
