Great value and good location. It is not cental Oia, but the village is so small that it took us around 10 minutes relaxed walking to reach the main spots of Oia (which you see on world-famous photos from Santorini). Owner is a really friendly person and was so helpful to show us around (they have their own terrace where... More

We stayed in a room with a caldera view and it was amazing. The couple who own this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The room we were in was large and spacious. The location was great. It's right at the edge of Oia so close to lots of restaurants and shops but quiet at night. The only downside but... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, even though the hotel itself didn't have any views of the Caldera. All of the rooms are located with no views of the Caldera, but it's very centrally located to Oia and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, etc. Located directly on the bus line for convenient travel to other parts of Santorini.... Me and my wife stayed in aspa villas in august 2014. Good things: easy acces to main road, common area with caldera view, close to center, clean rooms Bad: Swimming pool and jaccuzi close at 8, not allowed to drink in jaccuzi. We booked a taxi to airport from hotel and we were supposed to pay 30eur but when the... More

I awoke to amazing views from the terrace. Although the terrace is shared the walls in between prevent you from seeing each other. The position is fantastic, bus stop right out the front and a lovely walk into Oia. An ATM and two supermarkets close by. Lovely sunset views from above the caves along the pathway. Nikoleta was really helpful... More

Me and my husband stayed at Aspa for 5 days. It is located in the beginning of Oia, right next to a bus-stop which is convinient. The room (number 1 in the 1st floor) we got was good. It had everything you needed: hair-dryer, water-boiler, toaster, small stove, fridge etc. The design of the room was nice: the bedroom-area and... More

Yes, there are more expensive accommodation options in Oia - but value for money wise you couldn't do better than the Aspa Villa's. We had a traditional cave room, which was compact with everything you need including a kitchenette. We enjoyed making our breakfast and eating on the balcony with caldera views. The filter coffee machine was a real bonus.... More

Confortable and reasonably priced option for Oia. Standard studios are basic and well maintained. Most of the studios do not face the Caldera. The terrace on the Caldera is awesome, we had our own made breakfast there every morning. Beautiful walk to Oia town centre. Small swimming pool not facing the caldera. Nikoleta is a very enthusiastic and friendly owner... More

We chose this place because of the positive reviews but in reality we did not have a great experience. The owner isn't helpful and what's ridiculous the pool and jacuzzi closes at 8pm. Why would you to to the jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's hot? The rooms are tiny and at night the lights of the entire villa are... More

The owner was not intuitive about anything about Oia. You could tell all she cares about is $$. The rooms are small but they are clean so I can give credit for that that's why I'm giving 3 stars. They are very stingy by not even having the lights on at night on the pathways. This could be dangerous if... More
