A stay in this house is truly a memorable experience. You are met at the bus stop and escorted along the laneways to the house where you enter through a quaint doorway into a courtyard. Your hosts are on hand to show you the unique cave house. We were a group of five adults and there was plenty of room... More

We had a lovely time in Santorini. Zac and John are very helpful and attended to all our needs. The house itself is full of character, has a beautiful view and a perfect location, making you feel truly at home.

I love all the honeymoon-studios around the world for the different levels of intimacy that they provide in different senses and meanings. In Santorini is difficult to choose up the best because half the island is built with this category of tourists in mind. Yet somehow, at least in Oia, this particular one - ZOE HOUSES - is easily one... More

The location is 5 Star. Our cave house had a gorgeous, perfect view of the caldera. We could lay in our bed with the door and windows open and see out onto the sea. We had a nice balcony where breakfast was brought to us every morning. We could sit and look out over the caldera for breakfast and in... More

Zak and John's attention to detail and client satisfaction were beyond imagination. More stupendous than I have ever experienced and I have traveled far and wide. The accommodations were perfectly rustic and authentic. The opposite of a cookie cutter hotel. And the place was immaculate. From the moment we stepped on to the property Zak and John were focused on... More

Even better than the famous Santorini's sunset was the wonderful after sunset that Zoe Traditional Houses provided us. The moon rising right in front of our veranda in the peaceful Oia's evenings is something I'll never forget. The accomodation was better than the description e the service was perfect. Zac ( the owner) and John ( the manager) are amazingly... More

I arrived May 20th with six other members of my family on breathtakingly beautiful Santorini and had the most wonderfully lazy and relaxing five days holiday of any I can recall. Bless my sister and her husband for finding such a jewel of a place to stay - Zoe Houses, Oia! It was cosy and strategically located. The view of... More

The best place we lived in during our Greece trip ! Zak and John both are super guys ! Very helpful... We stayed in the studio apt and it is very cute... With a private balcony offering caldera view... Very close to the famous sunset point of Oia ! Thanks Zak and John for the awesome stay !

Stay here!! My husband and I didn't have a place yet to stay in Santorini when we arrived, but we stumbled upon this beautiful place and had the best experience! We stayed in an adorable yellow cave house that had spectacular views from every balcony. As much as we loved the accommodations, the part the made this place so amazing... More

We were a large group of very demanding girls and Zoe's houses was a perfect fit for us. Great location, amazing view but what really made the difference for us was the owner's attitude: quick, resourceful, always willing to help, taking all our caprices with a smile and going the extra mile to make everything work for everyone. Strongly recommend!
