I read other previous guests' comments via Tripadvisor before going to this trip, I was worrying about some similar critical cases may come to me. When me and my friends arrived there, it was not in peak season so I can check-in earlier even the room was upgraded. Staff are nice too and no critical cases happened on us, only... More

I booked and paid for the hotel room 6 months prior my honeymoon trip. Also sent them an email the day of my payment advising that it was my honeymoon trip. We communicated through emails and I also arranged airport transport few weeks before my holiday with the hotel. I emailed the hotel just the day before my arrival inquiring... More

My cousin, her husband and I stayed in this hotel around last week of September; the location is very gorgeous, its just a walking distance to the town center and the ambiance is superb. We arrived around 6:30 in the morning since we took the early flight from Athens to Santorini; when we got there of course the check-in is... More

We booked this hotel in June for a 6 night stay in September for our honeymoon. We initially were "upgraded" which ended up being a different hotel all together, although nearby. We later found out this was because they were overbooked. We were then told 3 days into our stay by "Virginia" that we would have our original room that... More

I have written multiple emails to this hotel in Feb, April and Oct, yet never got any reply. I recently called the reservations department, but the phone number on their website is wrong. After speaking to two different staff at the reception and calling a few different numbers, I finally managed to speak to the reservations staff. However, she didn't... More

We stayed here for one night and it was fabulous. The cave rooms are really neat and a unique experience. The views of the caldera from the balcony are breathtaking. Breakfast was included and was a really nice touch. Yvette at reception was very helpful and wonderful to deal with. She even helped us book a cruise around the island... More

I read all of the negative reviews and have to be honest... I was nervous. However, our arrival, check in, help from the entire staff, room... everything, could not have been better. The location was perfect, the room was dark.. and cave like. Buuut... I signed up for a cave house! It was perfect. (I read a few comments about... More

We have just spent 6 nights at this hotel. It was truly a delight to be there. Firstly the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. From the welcome when we arrived to the daily delivery of a lovely breakfast to our terrace area. We stayed in a Cave room, called amethyst. It was a lovely spacious room with a really... More

Reservations: I had booked the honeymoon suite. After making the reservation, I started to read the many bad reviews regarding over-bookings. I was quite nervous and emailed them a few times prior to arriving to make sure we got exactly what we booked. When we arrived, check-in was smooth. We got a cave house immediately but it definitely did not... More

The hotel was the biggest dissapoitment of our greek holiday. We were placed in another facility than originally booked and given some sad selling argument about "upgrade". No other choice given. Stay away from this place, it is a scam!
