My husband and I initially booked a Cave Superior Studio with caldera view. I saw another reviewer on here who stayed at the Helios room. It looked like a loft style room and I really liked it from the photos. I had hoped to get that room since we emailed months earlier and requested that one particular room but we... More

We stayed at the suites for 3 nights with another couple. The cave house was advertised as two bedroom but was actually one bedroom with a loft, which is very different than two private bedrooms. The loft had ants on the first night, which housekeeping very kindly came out at 1 am to spray for and then remake the bed.... More

I would recommend those who are arriving late at night and outside check-out hours to request for a transfer with a cost. Though it's costly (approximately 30Euros, 35Euros for pick up from 12am to 5am), it save you much hassle. This is the case as it is not easy to find the rooms or the agent for check-in as there... We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, actually it looks not like hotel - just like cave-apartments But we got the most"santorinian" view, what you've saw on the post cards - you will see from your balcony The room is small, but clean, we liked that there was mini kitchen, so we can prepare easy breakfast and enjoy it... the hotel just located under the sunset point but room facing another side, so u only can see the sea from room but not sunset, u need to go up some steep stairs to see the sunset, u can take the night view and back to hotel in two mins, it is the good point. but this hotel actually only... More

My plan is to prepare the dinner with my gf after sunset in this romantic place, but it ruined our moment. In VIP Suites website, it said the room with Fully equipped kitchenette, they give me the stove but no frying pan. I asked Best Western for the pan at 15:00 and they promised we will see it in our... I splurged a few nights during my trip and decided to stay at VIP Suites in Oia. I arrived late at night and was so grateful for the airport transfer in the rain. The staff member who picked me up was so lovely. He carried my bag in the rain though the maze of Oia and to my room. The... More

I had an unfortunate booking with a different hotel in Firostefani(find from my reviews) which was non-cancellable, but we wanted to stay in oia. so as a last resort I looked up for affordable hotels in Oia which will still give us an authentic stay in santorini and still wont feel cheap. I reserved VIP suites in the very last... More

The room was a cute and spacious traditional Oia 'cave room' with a spectacular view!! It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was just incredible, extremely warm and helpful. Unfortunately our visit was during winter time (Dec 22-24), so most businesses were closed, but it was still a magical experience. We didn't rent a car... More

We stayed at the VIP Suites during our stay in Santorini. We rented a car at the airport and drove straight to Oia for about ~ 25 min. for our check in. We arrived around 6pm and were greeted at the reception for the check in. A man helped us with our luggage through the maze of the stairs. It... More
