Superb facilities and amazing view. Staff was very helpful. This was our first trip to Santorini, but I can't imagine finding anywhere else in Santorini with a more spectacular view. We stayed for 3 nights in the upper house which has an upstairs room for two. Great! .

Stayed in the bottom house for a few nights as part of our honeymoon. The room was very cute in its cave style and the views were amazing. The kitchen is very functional and we loved the bathroom and the view whilst taking a shower! We also asked for sunloungers that were kindly provided. The breakfast was good to set... More

We stayed here on the cusp of tourist season (April 2013) and it was wonderful. Unfortunately the weather was stormy and awful, but the location is amazing. We stayed for five nights in the upper house which has an upstairs room for two. The bathroom is well appointed with a lovely sink and an open shower with a bench seat... More

This was our first trip to Santorini, but I can't imagine finding anywhere else in Santorini with a more spectacular view, in as nice a house as here. We spent 2 nights here, and it was a perfect end to our trip. It's impossible to describe how amazing the view is, and you can see the sunset in full from... More

When we arrived in a taxi bus from the ferry port arranged by panos, the owner, we had four bags having just been to a wedding on Paros. Tommy met us and grabbed the big ones and headed off with us trying to keep up. After about 100 steps ( up and down) he persuaded us to leave our hand... More

My husband and I just got back from 12 nights in Greece, five of which were spent in Oia at Spitia houses. We rented the one bedroom upper house and it exceeded my expectations (which were pretty high!). First of all, after driving around the island we were SO glad we decided to stay in Oia. The rest of the... More

This house is in the best village on the island. But not only is it in the best village on the island, it's in the best part of the best village on the island. With the best sunset views on the island too! Panos was a good host - he was there to greet us when we arrived, he arranged... More

What can I say - think it has been covered by most of the reviews and All I can do is echo the same.We went early in the season and had an incredible room for an extremely reasonable price .I can't remember personally a hotel/house welcome better than the one from SPITIA and Panagiwtis. It was spotlessly clean and it had... Where do I even begin to start about Spitia Houses! We arrived end of September for 4 nights - and Panos unfortunately was out of town for our stay. He arrived a shuttle from the port, as well as someone who carried our bags to our house( pretty impressive with all of those stairs!). When we arrived, everything we needed... More
