We stayed just for 1 night, but we had a very nice experience. The building, the gardens and sorroundings, the internal decoration are very nice. The dinner was very good. We chosed the 35 euros menu, including starter, main course, cheeses and desert. The room, with a nice view over the garden had a very confortable bed and a good... More

We didn't stay at the hotel, but had a great Sunday lunch before we hiked up to the nearby Chateaufort of Puilaurens. (not a very long climb) Based on our very positive experience, we plan to go back and stay next summer for our anniversary. We lost the GPS signal as we drove up the windy and narrow road and... We spent six nights in this family run hotel that is practically in the middle of nowhwere amongst stunning scenery. We stayed there for two nights last year as part of a walking trip, and wanted to return to this beautiful part of the world to see more of the fascinating region that is full of history and marvellous wines!... + Athmospheric and unique family-run hotel + Rooms were nice and cosy, all of them different from each other + Good value for money + excellent food - only French-speaking, not overly-friendly staff I recommend you book your breakfast in advance since there is no other cafes/restaurants nearby.

The hotel is situated in a very small village, where you can't find anything else. If you want breakfast, you have to book it in advance at the hotel, since there are no other options in the village. We didn't know yet in the evening whether we'd have breakfast or not, so we ended up having to drive a long... More

we booked half board, confirmed the fact wen we arrived. When we were offered the menu I asked if this menu was oK? The next morning the bill was 20 euros more than we expected. I asked why they said they had made a mistake and gave us the wrong menu. NO compromise the owner said you ate the food... More

The hotel is located in a very small village, a little off the beaten path. We found the property as we were driving along the "Cather Trail: in southern France (a great area with a lot of history and beautiful scenery). The hotel is a little worn, but has a great atmosphere. The garden/patio area is a great place to... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Off the beaten track up a mountain road this hotel is a little gem tucked away in a remote area. Its peaceful surroundings and cosy welcoming charm are a winning combination. The family run an efficient warm establishment with good attention to detail and excellent service. The... More

We stayed for a night on our way to the med coast. The setting is very peaceful with a wide grassy terrace with tables under plain trees with a fenced off large pond. Room 6 of this small family run hotel in part of an imposing building was a nice sized double recently refurbished with a great large shower. We... More

This hotel is nestled in the tiny town of Gincla in the beautiful Aude department. It has comfortable and pretty rooms, park-like grounds, and an excellent restaurant. Dinner was one of the highlights of our 3-week France holiday. Our thanks to the owner who worked diligently to find us a room at another Logis de France for the following night.... More
