We had a wonderful time at Domaine des Clos, staying in the apartment Manon, which is perfect for two. They have really put a lot of thought into making it as friendly and welcoming for guests as possible. The apartment was very well equipped and everything you could need had been thought of. They have provided places you can sit... More

Domaine Des Clos is a wonderful place to stay to explore the surrounding area and towns of Provence. The apartment was a fantastic size and had everything we could need. The beautiful gardens and vineyards and orchards make this place so special. Amazingly tranquil. Was very romantic, but I'm sure would be perfect for a family too. The staff were... More

We were here for one night on the eve of my birthday, it is a lovley place to stay if you want something a little special. A very peaceful and calm settting (its off the beaten track & no children here in June) with lots of areas around the grounds to hide away in with a good book and just... More

Thank you very much for sparing your time to write a note after your stay here at Domaine des Clos. We are glad to read that you appreciated the gardens, the peacefulness of the setting, the family atmosphere and the friendliness of us all. When guests arrive if possible we try to help with baggage and always when requested. This... More

Best word to describe Domaine De Clos …….Heaven! I spent three weeks looking for the perfect hotel and found it! We spent seven wonderful days, chilling out at this amazing hotel. Sandrine and David, the owners of the hotel, have spent years building this ‘travellers dream’ and it really is ‘magical’! They have wonderful, friendly staff that have been with... More

What a heavenly review! We’re so happy you enjoyed your stay with us! It's now 17 years since we returned to our roots and started to restore the Domaine. We're glad you could appreciate the different advantages offered by the Domaine. Proximity to tourist sites and restaurants both Michelin starred and more laid back, (all with ambience and great food);... More

I am so glad we found this place! Our stay started on Good Friday and I was very worried about finding a meal etc but I called ahead and the owner made dinner for us (they have the restaurant open for special occasions) and then we were running late I rang and it was not problem to keep our food... So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We try to be as flexible as possible and it's great that you appreciated our adapatability. We agree Le Pigeonnier is more suitable for older children (but so sweet with its pigeon tower that small kids love to play in). We recommend Le Four au Pain or Le Provencal for parents with... A beautiful and peaceful site. Friendly, relaxed service and delicious home made jams at breakfast. Leisure focused so less mod-cons than other hotels (e.g. short reception opening hours, tea/coffee facilities in shared kitchenette) but a lot of that just adds to the sense of serenity. It definitely would suit a long weekend or could use it as a base to... More

Thank you for your comments, they seem to sum up our establishment and home well. Being 6kms from the 2 closest towns means just a small drive to a choice of restaurants and with Arles, Nimes, Avignon and the UNESCO classified Pont du Gard only 20 kms+ away makes us a great place for tourism. Our reception hours from 8.30-19h... More

We have just returned from a lovely week at Domaine des Clos during April (family of 4 with 2 young kids) staying in the Camargue apartment. The apartment was light, spacious and well-appointed. As others have remarked, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is charming and is set in delightful, well-maintained grounds. Some of the... More

What a perfect, peaceful retreat in the French countryside - we will return again without a doubt! We stayed in one of the regular rooms (the blue room, which was wonderful), but they also have 2 larger suites and even larger apartments. Sandrine and David are wonderful hosts. Daisy (the dog) is a joy as well!

Was great setting but actually difficult to find. We were biking for our 25th wedding anniversary and took us a while to find it. My wife and I were one of only two guests at end of October, so we got an upgraded room to a suite. Beautiful old chateau with great service. Nice pool. Thoroughly recommend it

Domaine des Clos is beautifully developed and well maintained. We stayed for a week as a family with young children - enjoying the very nice pool and an array of games from boules to table football. Plenty of historic and adventurous activities are in easy reach too. Only two issues - be prepared for the mosquitoes and wasps, and don't... More
