Rooms are small and all round this is just another un remarkable hotel. I did not find the staff particularly helpful , all in all this really was a place I would rather not have stayed. Average to below average.

I was introduced to this hotel about 10 years ago and was lucky enough to visit again this month. It is an old country house hotel with a real focus on Service and good quality food The rooms - are furnished in an "olde worlde" fashion but the TV is Digital HD and the bathroom modern and up to date.... OK, the rooms aree small (but aren't they in all French hotels), the rooms are a bit tired (but hey the Chateau wasnt built yesterday), but the location, the garden and the lovely staff make up for it. We loved it here and would be happy to return. Liked the peace of the grounds. A great place to feel like you are getting away from the world.

Neauphle-le-Château is the home of Grand Marnier, the famous cognac-based orange liqueur, and is a charming small town. It is the third time we are organizing celebrations ! 2 christenings of my two daugthers and last weekend we celebrated my mother's 70th birthday !
