My husband and I spent 8 nights at the Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove for our honeymoon, and it was fabulous! We stayed in a contemporary room, which was beautiful and very modern. The open shower would be strange if you were staying with a friend, but with a partner it is really fun. The staff is more than accommodating, and... more

We just came back from our honeymoon and it was lovely! We stayed at the Fisherman's for five days and it was great. The staff was courteous and they tried to make your holiday something special. When I read some reviews before I was a bit afriad about the food but nothing is true at all! We were on halfboard and... more

Fantastic views. Public beach is right next to hotel and was not in the least crowded. Previous reviews complained about shortage of sun loungers around the pool but this was not a problem for us (however hotel was half empty - due to recession?). Breakfast is excellent, but evening buffet at 57 euros each is expensive. However there are quite... more

We were looking for some luxury and privacy coupled with the option of being close to a public beach with a lively village nearby. The Fisherman's Cove was a perfect choice - we could spend time by the beautiful pool or on our terrace and yet also had the public beach at the end of the hotel gardens. The village... more

This is a nice, comfortable hotel with lovely staff, but totally ill equipped for wheelchairs, though Management did their best for me by putting in a small ramp both at the front step and within the Frangipangi room. They also purchased, at my request, a higher toilet seat and provided a plastic chair for the silly shower which, as someone... more

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed we were looked after by all members of staff 110%. We arrived around 08:30am and were asked to have breakfast in the restaurant whilst waiting for our room to be finished. Our suite was beautiful, clean and plenty of space. Can totally recommend Jemmie, driver and guide who took us... more

We recently stayed at thie hotel and it is way overpriced and the security was poor. We had a buglar break into our room one night (while we were there). We were totally disappointed with the Seychelles. Everything was very expesnvie, people were unfriendly. I would recommend spending your money somewhere else. more

We stayed unexpectedly at the Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove at the end of September 2008. We had planned to go to Mauritius for a week long holiday, but due to visa problems at the airport had to change our entire trip in a matter of about 1 hour. As we were planning to stay in Mauritius at another Starwood property... more

Booked through SPG and was upgraded to a Frangipani Suite. Great room with seaviews, double sink, and bathtub. I didn't particularly like the "open shower concept" as they call it where the shower stall is open without a door since water seemed to get everywhere and it was quite slippery forcing us to clean up with towels after every shower.... more

After looking at all the options for accommodations on Mahe Island, we selected Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen girls). We stayed here for 1 week, and overall, we thought the hotel was pretty good. Probably the best choice (in the general area) for families. The reception area is quite pretty... a tall... more
