We stayed at the Sheraton on Labor Day weekend and we loved it. I loved that we could grab a quick bite to eat at the TGIF, located on the property as well as a Starbucks! Big plus! The falls are just a short walk away and the Seneca Casino is just across the street. The rooms were very roomy,... More

For starters.. What's with the automatic air freshener's strategically placed throughout the hotel?? Overwhelming to the point of sickening. The hotel is obviously very old and renovated but the old clearly shows through in the dingy loooong hallways! The rooms are small and satisfactory but not for the price. The pool area is probably the nicest spot, it's indoor but... More

Was upgraded to a suite but right next to the Casino. Band and noise was so loud, you thought they were playing in the room. Took a while to get checked in. It took 3 calls to get the sleeper sofa made up. When he came to make up the bed, he only showed up with sheets. I asked about... More

Terrible customer service! This hotel advertised a deal by email for repeat customers. When we tried to book the hotel using the deal, the hotel tried to charge us $300+ more than advertised! The employee who "helped" us refused to honor the deal nor was he able to explain why the hotel had decided upon this false advertisement. NEVER will... More

1 Customer service number (telephone in the room) is not working so my husband needs to ask housekeeping at the hall way or go down to receptionist whenever we need something. 2.Missing stuff for hygiene (we only have one soap in the bathroom, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no mouthwash) 3. No cream and sugar for coffee/tea 4. By the time... More

Overpriced hotel that has been sort of renovated but the flaws remain. The hallways have a bad stench and is dark--it is noisy and you can overhear everything above and below your room, even from the windows. Bathrooms lacked attention to detail. Free wi-fi is a joke--keeps dropping signal. Stayed for a night. All the hotels in Niagara, NY are... More

We arrived in the early evening only to be told that they couldn't find our reservation. After going back and forth for almost an hour they finally just gave us any rooms even though we requested rooms next to each other. The rooms we got were three floors apart. The only good thing that came out of it was the... More

My wife and I stayed at Sheraton at the Falls last year and enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back this year. The results of the ongoing multi-million-dollar renovation were obvious. We again enjoyed our stay. However, there were a couple minor issues that need to be addressed. The WIFI network is ancient and needs to be updated ASAP.... More

Travelling as part of a tour group and arrived early in the morning having travelled to Niagara by train. Our tour guide did warn us that we probably wouldn't be able to get into our rooms until the 1500 check-in time, but at least the hotel stowed our cases away in a secure room, so we didn't have to worry... It was funny, as we drove up, the GPS says turn here and we see a giant beautiful Sheraton, well, that was across on the Canadian side !! This hotel however is only 6 floors. Our room, 503 was clean, and had a nice comfortable bed, desk, two chairs to relax in. The Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus.... More
