We arrived late at night, and were tired from travelling from NY, our first impressions were of a hotel like none other. We were right, as we walked into the lobby, the same bland, furniture you'd expect, patterened carpet, e.t.c... The rooms are normal, 2 double beds, chairs, small table, t.v, landscape pictures. Fine, clean and comfortable. The view out of... more

Where to begin, so much was wrong. Went up 4th of july weekend. The pool was not working, greener than green. Our non smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Phone was broken, couldn't be plugged in becauce of freyed wire ends. The tub was filthy and the paint in it was peeling. The above towel rack fell off the wall on one... more

I rented three rooms last weekend, two of the showers did not work, All 3 A/Cs were broken, we got locked INSIDE one of the hotel rooms, had to have someone LET US OUT. One light switch was broken and hanging by the wires. What a horrible place. more

My husband and I are very budget minded travelers. We care more about price and location than the overall accommodations. As long as the bed is clean and the room is even semi-clean, if it is cheap and in a good location we are happy… This hotel is AWFUL! The hotel staff is exceptionally rude… and the place is dirty!... more

Hey friends Do you want to make your life a hell.... please stay at this hotel and ruin your entire vacation at Niagara. I have never experienced such a worst hotel stay in my life. This hotel smells so bad in hallway and also in rooms too. Bugs all over. No water for drinking, neither as tap-water nor in the... more

We booked our stay on line - the photo's looked good - must have been taken the day they cleaned the place. Ist of all the parking lot was dark and scary. We checked in very late on a friday night - the elevator made such a loud noise that we made sure to use the stairs when we left.... more

This hotel was dirty, smelled musty, the tv didnt have any volume, the tv looked as if it was from the 1900's. I am very discussed with this hotel. The lounge was suspose to be open and was not. In the description the hotel is close to the falls and casino but nothing else, unless you want to spend and... more

We stayed one night in this hotel as part of a two day tour (we therefore didnt get a chance to find out what hotel we were staying in in advance). All i can say is never again! We arrived at the hotel which had a very drab looking reception area. We walked up the stairwell to our room which... more

We checked in very late friday evening, we requested a non-smoking room. The minute we opened the door to our room it smelled so musty it hit you in the face. The room was clean it just looked old & dingy. Our A/C barely even worked! We turned it to high cool & it blew like a small fan. After... more

I booked it for one weekend for our school in August. It was cheap enough so we did not care about quality. Next week another group was going. They said since it is Labor Day Weekend the rate double. We refused and found another place to stay. Fallside used our financial information from previous week to charge us $1230 for... more
