This hotel is very very closed to Niagara falls. Of course there is no advantage if you drive and park car at Parking 2 in the State Park, but you can walk and access to American falls and Horseshoe falls within for a walk. If you are looking for an inexpensive overnight hotel really close to the falls with good parking this is it! Comfort Inn The Pointe is a nice place and I would recommend it mainly for the location. It was great to be able to walk across the street and be at the falls in a few minutes. We stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn. The hotel staff was super. They were especially friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. The Comfort Inn is okay but not more. The room looked clean on the surface but apparently wasn't cleaned very thoroughly considering there were shoes left under the bed from previous guests.
