Location is the main reason we picked this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was just ok for the money. We needed the shortest walk to the falls due to handicap person and this worked well for us. Hotel could use a major remodel but so could the area surrounding it. More

While all of the reviews are correct in stating that the location is the best, some things were not so great. Only outlet that worked was in the bathroom and we had 2 cell phones and Ipad to charge. The front desk was wonderful with directions and restaurant selections. The breakfast were fast, friendly and efficient with dealing with large crowds during busy breakfast times. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job. The locaion is superb. Would definitely recommend!!! More
