We stayed at this B & B for one night during the second week of May. Contrary to other reviews, we found the restaurant to be a highlight: our dinners were delicious, the service was great and the full breakfast menu was such a pleasure after more typical hotel chain breakfast fare. Our room was the Sheffield: a sweet old-fashioned... More

We chose the Victoria suite... actually a little apartment on 3 rd floor... bit of a hike up for two oldsters but we did it fine. The view of rapids at top of fall and just the sounds of it from dining room and living area were dramatic... I could happily live there. only one drawback during dinner hour it... More

From initial reservations to the very end, this was a very personable and quality experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent....dinner and breakfast. We stayed in the Portsmouth room and this room was large and very clean and the welcoming cheese and fruit platter made for a nice mid afternoon snack. We were waiting for... More

We had a great two-night stay at the Red Coach Inn in the London room. We knew that we would be arriving late at night and were given detailed instructions about how to access our room key after reception had closed. Everything worked perfectly and we were unpacked and in the very comfortable bed in no time! The London room... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Red Coach Inn in late April. We stayed in the Brighton room which had a close-up view of the Rapids (which we could hear and was very soothing), and at night had a beautiful view of the Canadian skyline which was all lit up (including the Skylon tower and... We traveled to Niagara Falls April 18th 2015 for the kid's vacation. OPerfect location where the falls is a short stroll from the front stoop. We arrived at 4:30 and were greeted with a very friendly "Welcome". We had reserved The Newcastle Room located on the second floor. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The marble tiled bath was... More

This was a wonderful 2 night stay. Quiet room in the rear of the hotel, very private. The Dover room was small but romantic and cozy. Celebrated our 25th anniversary and birthdays. The bathroom was clean, beautifully decorated. Bath salts for the spa tub was wonderful. Fruit, cheese, crackers and a bottle of champagne was a nice surprise after a... More

Great location, cozy rooms, nice people and an excellent restaurant (free full hot breakfast!). The Rapids are right across the street. Walking or driving bridges to Goat Island also extremely close. Easy walking distance to the Falls, the State Park, Maid of the Mist and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada be sure to bring 2 quarters per person for the... More

Great location a short walk from the falls. Restaurant food was very good. Only complaint is that you can't access your room from the lobby...you have to walk around the building. Very cumbersome if you have many bags. Stayed at this hotel because as a fan of the Office, this is where Jim and Pam stayed during the wedding in... More

The Red Coach Inn was incredible. The room was beautiful and the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were some of the best food and service I have ever experienced. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone wanting a experience they won't soon forget.
