It's my second time staying here. I was in the area for a company conference and I didn't think twice about choosing my hotel accommodation. The staff is always amazing. Jean at the front desk remembered me, I can't believe it! She is so accommodating and helpful just like the first time. Also, Christina, the server during breakfast was phenomenal!... More

My husband and I went here for a mini honeymoon and the experience was way beyond what we expected. We were so close to everything and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast is included with the stay and the food options are phenomenal. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The restaurant was inviting and the view was amazing. We... More

My husband, son and I spent 2 nights at the Red Coach Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Inn is in a perfect location right across from Goat Island and a few minute walk to the falls. From Katie at the reception desk to Lindzey in the restaurant, the folks there couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with.... More

This was our Freshman Dorm when we attended Niagara, and they have transformed this into a fantastic Hotel and Restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, great view of the Falls, you are able to walk to so many places in the downtown area. Breakfast was included in our package and it was not limited, we had access to the full menu... More

Excellend place to stay, we had two suites next to each other. Each suite was comfortable and very nicely decorated. They were clean and kitchens worked out well for us. We were able to have a place to store our snack and items that need to be refrigerated. Out the front door was 2 minute walk to Goat Island where... More

We booked for two nights within a few days of of our visit and had a limited selection of rooms to choose from. The Torquay room was small and had only one chair. Breakfasts were GREAT. Book a suite and you will appreciate the added amenities and room to spread out a bit more than a standard room allows!

We visited the Red Coach Inn to celebrate a major milestone birthday. We had never visited in a he past and we were so impressed we will probably make it an annual visit. The rooms are exquisite-all differently decorated in traditional European style. Our room -Adeline was larger than our house-full kitchen, beautiful living room, amazing view of Rapids. Breakfast... The Red Coach Inn provided a wonderfully romantic get away for for my husband and I to escape for a weekend retreat for his birthday. The Inn was gorgeous and the Cheshire Suite was spacious, beautifully appointed and lavishly exceeded our expectations. Better than the pictures (which were beatiful as well.) From the cheese, crackers and mini bottle of Asti... More
