We saw the reviews for the hotel and my wife was looking forward to staying at a place other than a "cookie cutter" chain hotel so we booked here. My wife and I stayed here on a quick trip to Niagara Falls, we arrived at the property later at night (10:30 PM) after about a 35 minute drive from Buffalo... More

Despite being a new-ish college grad on a tight budget, I booked a room at the Red Coach Inn because it was my first trip to Niagara Falls and the inn looked so darn cute on its website. Pros: I was in the Trafalgar Room and the decor was adorable. The front-desk staff was friendly and courteous and walked me... More

Found this place on line, pictures looked good and the price was not bad. We were not disappointed. The Inn is right across the street from the entrance to Goat Island and the Falls. The room was fantastic, the Trafalgar Suite which is located on the backside of the Inn. No view from the room but you have a View... More

A small group of friends decided to take a mini vaca and travel to Niagara Falls. We are just a short 5 hours away so this made the perfect location for a quick 4 day get away. We had made reservations at the Red Coach Inn and were not disappointed. It was refreshing to enjoy the turn of century decor... More

Great location, right next to the falls! But the bed was terribly hard, it hurt to sleep on it! I've never had that problem before. Room is outdated. They provide free breakfast which is great but the service was AWFUL!!!!! We waited an hour each day to eat, I would have rather paid for breakfast each day. Needless to say... More

Typically, we stay in hotel rooms that are your normal $80-120 fare. We decided to splurge on our one night in Niagara and thought it would be fun to stay in the hotel that had been featured in one of our favorite shows The Office. From the moment we checked in, it was the best hotel experience we have ever... More

A fantastic location. Some attention is needed to the rooms. Better cleaning and making sure that bed linens are changed prior to guest arrival. We found a sloppily made bed with what we thought were dirty sheets. Jeffrey at the front desk PERSONALLY attended to this matter and changed the linens himself. He exemplifies the concept of going beyond one's... More

We just got back from the Red Coach Inn after spending one night there and enjoying Niagara Falls. This place was relaxing and has a lot of character. There didn't seem to be elevators but you really don't need them. The wood work and the interior decorating took us back in time. The restaurant was also very good. A little... More

We arrived and our room was not ready, we were, very rudely, directed to the restaurant to get something to eat while we waited. I have a chilli allergy (will die) and told the waitress, my meal came with chunks of chilli in it, she then told me it was red chilli not chilli, but they would remake the meal.... More
