The room cost 25% more than it should have...The proprietors were very friendly, the facilities were clean, and they even put a small pitcher of milk in the fridge for coffee in the morning. That was all very nice. But overall, the place is a 50-year-old mom&pop establishment that charged me what it cost to stay at a chain motel... more

Stayed at the Falls Motel with two friends in November for some Black Friday shopping. The place was clean & quiet. Nothing fancy but great value for money! Service was excellent. I would stay there again for sure! more

The motel was simple, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean but the bathroms can be a bit more cleaner. The motel is about 1.5 miles from the falls. Definetly recommend it to others. more
