If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head then this is the place in NF,NY… If your looking for comfort, forget it. Close to the malls and 5 minutes from the falls by car. I had to deal with a young couple fighting next door too. Bottom line…you get what you paid for. The PROS: Outdoor... More

Thus cottage is Terrible. There are Stains on towels and pillows. The AC unit is Wobbly. Old and stiff faucets in the bathroom. It is noisy day and night as it is on main road. The Manager is friendly. It is a bad stay.

Stayed at this motel based on the good reviews and wasn't blown away. The stay was not bad just not great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating but beyond that the room we had was less to be desired. Pro's: Conveniently located, Clean, good water pressure and hot water. Con's: outdated everything, old a/c unit, uncomfortable bed (kept waking... More

This motel is good if you just want to lay your head for the night. It is inexpensive and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool looked nice even though I didn't have time to go in the pool. The owner was friendly.

And this is for the past 7 years...Yes it is a bit outdatted...but the service is out of this world...Close to everything...ok...no phone...no clock....hey...you're on holiday!!!!! The owner, Mario and Eva are the best....The cleaning... More

This motel is a very simple motel. But that is exactly what we wanted because we were there to see the sights not spend time in our room. Yes, the room is small and you do need to bring your own toiletries but it was clean!! There are restaurants close by along with a Joy food store that is open... More

Me and my family had booked this inn based on the low cost and easy accessibility to all the falls. If I break down the cost, it came to $85 per person for 2 nights stay and we were 4 adults. $85 per person is too costly you might think, but please remember this is a tourist spot and it... More

This motel was great, older motel but clean and very accomadating. The owners were so helpful and gave us tolley passes for every day. We had 6 families from many states at this family reunion and everyone was satisfied. Beds were comfortable. some rooms had micro and refrig. All rooms had air conditioning. We hardly drove anywhere. Grocery store and... More

Adequate means just that. There was a bed to sleep in, shower, toliet, and sink. There was a pool on premises which appeared to be nice and clean. The rooms are tiny and I do mean tiny! The little window A/C unit was located about three feet from the head of the bed and blew straight at you since it... More
