Rooms are of good size, styled with the Senecas in mind and have most everything in them. Staff at the Front Desk are nice & friendly. Bellman seem grumpy cause most don't have many bags and they really don't come out from behind the Bell desk to give service or direction. All the restaurants are good especially the Steak House....
