really enjoyed it here. now im super picky when going to casinos because they really set the bar high. liked how the drinks were free while i was gambling, and that i was able to smoke inside. the casino is massive and very easy to lose your friends. had some food in the cafe in there and to my surprise... i went with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The casino is so big, and there so many activities to do, the night I stood over there were a Santana's concert, but I didn't go. The buffet is good and there is a lot of entertainment.

Yes, it is smoky in certain parts of the casino. We have never had a problem at check-in, the rooms have always been clean, and if there ever was anything wrong, they took care of it quickly. The valet parking is always OK and most of the staff is pleasant. I keep away from the corners of the casinos where... More

I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a convention across the street at the Niagara Conference Center. We arrived around 2 pm, with approximately 15 people in line. We were told by the front desk our room was NOT ready, but they took our credit card confirmation and we left our suitcase. We were told to check back at... More

This casino is large and spacious. Has a well structured layout so its hard to get lost. It's not too far from the border so that's a plus. The only thing I dislike, and hence the 3 stars, is that smoking is allowed anywhere. For non smokers this can be an issue.

Hotel amenities were nice but the cigarette smell is just overwhelming! ROom was nice but we could not check in until 4:30 pm and another member of our party had to check in even later. The three sister restaurant was average. Staff were nice at lunch time but food was average. Breakfast was horrible! Server took for ever to come... More

We recently saw a concert there. It was a great venue. Also. In the 2 days we were in Niagara Falls, we ate all of our meals in venues at the casino. From the steakhouse to the cafe to the buffet to the burger joint...the service and the food were both good for the value. AND THAT. .is pretty hard... More

On the bus, I noticed a beautiful high-rise, and pointed out the impressive building. Lo and behold, this was our destination! This is in the somewhat rundown American Falls side, but the place and location made it all worthwhile. These are the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in-beautiful decor, marble shower, vanity, sink with towel slots, comfy beds, everything you... More

My experience has been absolutely horrible . The staff with the exception of hostess at the three sisters café, have been extremely rude and unprofessional. The employees at the players club counter are in desperate need of a customer service training class. We will never be back.

Our visit began with excellent customer service at check in. The room had a good view of the falls. It was very clean and contemporary. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that they allow smoking in the hotel. Our room was non-smoking and was fine, but as soon as you walk in the hallway you were hit... More
