“Bad front desk service”

I did not get a room at this place because the front desk guy (Frank Delone s/p?) hung up on me after asking if they took animals (*dogs) that were crated. I was still talking to him and he just hung up on me. And no I was not rude. more

With only 6 rooms you just know this place has to be "mom and pop". It was. Staff was very polite and personable. Not a luxury hotel but good to stop for a night. Its close to the Summit Park Mall and Niagara Falls Outlet Mall. Budget travellers take note. more
