Nice little hotel - very clean with very friendly staff. We got in very late (around 3am) and had no problems checking in at all. We were visiting family in the Niagara Falls/Lockport area. We walked in off the street and booked the last room available; a non-smoking Jacuzzi suite with two queen beds. The Super 8 motel was fine. Nothing fancy, but I didn't spend a lot of time there. Most of my time was spent at the casino and I really only used the room to sleep and shower. Super 8 motel at Niagara falls is really one the worst experiences I have ever had. Very rude staff and didn't cooperate after being told about the problems I faced. The air conditioning in the room sucked. The TV is supposidly from 1980's and no room service. Good luck if you wanna stay there....Look for something else seriously... more
