The hotel was perfect for our family vacation. Even though we were on the second floor over the entrance in a platinum suite, it was extremely quiet. Whether you like the hotel decor or not, the room is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The observation deck is a very nice enclosed lounge area, but the view of the falls at night... More

The Giacomo definitely did not meet my expectations. After paying nearly $700 for 2 nights I would have expected better. I booked the 2 room Platinum Suite for myself, my wife and 2 kids. It came with a king bed in one room and the front room had a sofa chair bed that sleeps one; Their website clearly states that... More

My wife and I stayed at the Giacomo for three nights while on our first vacation without our children in 5 years. This hotel met all of our expectations and helped make our trip an enjoyable one. The location of the building is in perfect proximity to everything there is to do in the area. The building is historically elegant... More

We just returned from a quick trip to Niagra Falls. The Giacomo was very easy to find and very close to the falls and the Maid of the Mist boat ride. We received great service throughout our entire trip from phone calls to book the room through check in and check out. We stayed in one of their apartments which... More

Terrific location, easy to find because it towers over most of the other buildings in the area. We walked to the falls with my almost 3 year old and my 7 year old. No problem. Room was very nice. Small but stylish and well appointed. Bathroom was huge! And pretty deluxe too. Nice robes! The shower head was sort of... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was wonderful and it's the best place in walking distance of the falls and state park. They were a little confused with our reservation, but figured things out. Otherwise that would be our only complaint which is minor. We could walk to pretty much ever where and the complimentary town car is... More

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and free valet parking was nice. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. We lucked out and were given a corner room which had windows on 2 walls, facing the river and falls. No view of the falls, but I don't think you are going... More

We came to Niagara Falls for a concert at the Seneca Casino in July & were very fortunate to book our stay at the Giacomo. The room was great, the staff were very helpful & the location was very convenient. The hotel staff managed to check us in early so that we could make a 4 o'clock wine tour back... More

If you are looking for a trip that is easy, fun and really relaxing - head to Niagara Falls, NY! We decided on a last minute trip for a long weekend and Niagara Falls seemed like a good choice. We chose to stay on the New York side for its easy access to the Falls themselves as well as its... More
