From the moment we arrived until we left five days later we were treated so well. Great room, great amenities and even warm cookies one night. Loved the atmosphere and location. Clean and good breakfast. So comfortable.

My boyfriend surprised me with a stay here for New Years Eve. The room had great artwork and I enjoyed the stay in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of all you needed in Niagara Falls. They did offer a shuttle as well if you... More

I think the main problem with our stay was that the room was not what I expected it to be. Their website and email that they sent me said city view or park view and bathtubs in the rooms. The only view our room had was of the Quality Inn next door. The bathroom was odd in the fact that... More

The Giacomo is a very unusual Hotel in downtown Niagara Falls, NY. It was like they took a building out of Manhattan or Chicago and put in in Niagara Falls. It has class and the rooms are very elegant but it is missing something. The Restaurant was not serving dinner when we stayed there in June of 2013, it may... More

Very pleasant and ultra clean hotel.Bedrooms are big, beds are comfortable, bathrooms come with bath robes and we enjoyed a chimney in our king size bedroom. Staff is perfect, breakfast was great as well as the lounge where we enjoyed a canadian wiskey !! Very well located, few minutes from the falls by feet. To be recommended ++++

I live in Buffalo NY and have been to Niagara Falls on countless occasions. I've never heard of the Giacomo hotel, but it is by far my favorite hotel! From the very beginning, we were greeted by very friendly staff. Especially the woman on the Breakfast bar the next morning, service with a smile that early brightened our day! The... More

My daughter and I stayed in a King room with a sofa bed. On first impression, she was quite impressed by the unique decor. Certainly, that's the highlight at this hotel. For me, I found the dark room a challenge --- and am glad I hadn't planned on getting much work done. The only way to see the Keurig was... More

Checkin is at 4PM so we ended up "hanging around " for an hour and a half. This is a great old building with a boutique type hotel and some floors are for permanent residents, with pets. The staff was very friendly. There is no parking, BUT they have free valet parking. Our room was spacious BUTwas very dark with... More

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was luxurious. The rug was quite worn though, and should be replaced. We spent some time in the lounge after returning from a concert at the casino, and the bartender was friendly and made some interesting drinks. Unfortunately, the included breakfast was unimpressive. The... More
