We stayed in the Giacomo for our wedding trip. The king suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub big enough for two was everything we could have asked for. The staff were friendly and attentive and made sure our stay was perfect!

Stayed here 2 nights to visit the Falls. Really different hotel with an interesting history. Everything is furnished in Art Deco style to reflect that the building was built in 1929. (I would have appreciated a leaflet about the history and the renovation project) It has all been very well done and of a high quality. We had a large... More

We were looking for a hotel on the US side because we didn't have both passports. We chose it because I think it's the nicest one by the border. We booked a room with a fireplace that had a vague view of the falls. The room was romantic in a sense that it was dark with long blackout drapes all... More

The first thing you notice is that there is no parking when you pull up in front of the hotel. Then you find out that as soon as you unload your car it is immediately parked by a valet in a gated parking area across the street for free. The next thing is the lobby which is very nice but... More

We stayed here for one night on our visit to Niagara Falls. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the Falls and the hotel allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast... More

Wow, we usually go with Trip advisors ratings but this one was bad one. Not friendly at all. We had trouble with internet and tv and front desk gentleman told me to " come downstairs and use it in the lobby" For $260 a night you would think the internet was working and tv as well. Definitely will not come... More

We have spent 3 nights at the Giacomo... It was perfect. Very well located to visite the Niagara Falls. A lovely view to the mist of the falls. We would choose the same place next time. Accessibility for eldery people is very good and free parking places are available.

Nice historic building with nice rooms. Unfortunately, my fiance's wedding band was missing from my handbag upon returning to the room after a hair appointment. The room condition clearly indicated someone left in a hurry and did not finish maid service. 45 minutes before the ceremony and I had to deal with this. The management responded promptly by calling the... More

Booked the Giacomo after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. We took two adjoining rooms, as we were a family of two adults and two teenage boys. The rooms were a reasonable, if not huge size, well equipped, and nice and quiet (although the exposed pipes in the ceiling were not quite my cup of tea!). The staff at the front... More

Called looking for a room mid-evening after a 400 mile ride, luckily only a couple left! Very friendly, helpful and polite front desk gentleman. Great party room on top with view all around. Extra cool old architecture! Whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and the best-est pillows ever! Wonderful breakfast, including waffles made to order. Will make reservations ahead of time on next... More
