We decided to stay at this hotel after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor and seeing the photos. It really is a lovely hotel. The bar in the lobby is beautifully decorated and a great place for an evening beverage. The room was generally comfortable, clean and well-appointed. My only complaints are: 1) It was winter and the room was too... More

This hotel is close to everything Niagara Falls has to offer - the Falls, Casino, restaurants. Our room was lovely, we didn't want to leave! Breakfast in the morning was exceptional - big variety, everything tasted fresh and yummy. They also make chocolate chip cookies in the evenings and you can ask for a glass of milk. Staff was upbeat,... More

This hotel is so beautiful! It used be an office building built in 1920s, and was converted into a hotel a few years ago. Every single staff member we met was very polite and friendly. We stayed in room 604 and it had a comfortable King bed, a fireplace and a Jacuzzi. I wish they had hotel rooms that would... More

I simply love the Giacomo. Staff there are super friendly and warm. Most tourists would choose to stay on the Canadian side with a better view of the falls. For some reason, we eventually decided to stay on the American side. It turned out to be a wonderful decision. The Giacomo was probably the tallest building in that area so... More

My partner and I stayed at The Giacomo for 4 nights, we were celebrating our 7th anniversary. The hotel is located within walking distance to most restaurants, Casino and the Falls. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved the observation room they have on the 19th floor, most times we had it to ourselves, sat in the comfortable... More

We spent the weekend at the Giacomo for a friends' wedding. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. The staff is fantastic - everyone is incredibly friendly, yet professional. The room had a spacious bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bar on the first floor, they have lots of delicious drinks and the bartender was fun!

Had the pleasure of staying here February 14th & 15th, 2015 Don't check in expecting a cold reception. The young man that checked us in was outstanding, and everyone else we dealt with was equal to the task. Rooms are top notch. All the staff know why they are there and genuinely seem to care about the customer This seems... More

I was looking to get away with my significant other for Valentines Day and found this reasonably priced, elegant, hotel in the heart of Niagara Falls, NY. My girlfriend and i were looking to escape the everyday hustle and bustle of life and have some well needed R&R. When we arrived it was very, very cold out. They had Free... More

The hotel was the cleanest, friendliest, and most beautiful hotel that we visited on our stay through Niagara Falls. We just happened to stay on July 1st which is Canada's Independence day. It was cold and rainy and we were able to have the best seats in the hotel's observation floor. No other hotel could compare. We tried 3 of... More

This property has a pretty cool history with good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Niagara Falls proper is pretty run down, but we wanted to view the Falls in the winter (pretty neat, I must say!). We thought that this hotel would offer a warm/cozy nights rest as opposed to staying at a chain hotel. It's... More
