Fab hotel with attractive decor! Front desk staff all really helpful as with past stays – special thanks to Joy for being particularly attentive to package arrival...and to other front desk associates for patience with booking and re-booking (in other areas of NY state and not sure when able to get there...all worked out thanks to front desk pros) Really,... My husband and I stayed at the Giacomo for the first two nights of our honeymoon and could not have been happier. The hotel is beautifully done, the rooms were modern and well-designed. Upon arrival, we were afraid we might miss the fireworks -- but was pleasantly surprised to find that we could see them from our room on the... More

We recently stayed here for several days and really enjoyed it. The hotel interior is gorgeous and it is easy to spot when out in town. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Be sure to go to 19th floor viewing lounge! Excellent breakfast included.

We stayed in the Giacomo for our wedding trip. The king suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub big enough for two was everything we could have asked for. The staff were friendly and attentive and made sure our stay was perfect!

Stayed here 2 nights to visit the Falls. Really different hotel with an interesting history. Everything is furnished in Art Deco style to reflect that the building was built in 1929. (I would have appreciated a leaflet about the history and the renovation project) It has all been very well done and of a high quality. We had a large... More

We were looking for a hotel on the US side because we didn't have both passports. We chose it because I think it's the nicest one by the border. We booked a room with a fireplace that had a vague view of the falls. The room was romantic in a sense that it was dark with long blackout drapes all... More

The first thing you notice is that there is no parking when you pull up in front of the hotel. Then you find out that as soon as you unload your car it is immediately parked by a valet in a gated parking area across the street for free. The next thing is the lobby which is very nice but... More

We stayed here for one night on our visit to Niagara Falls. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the Falls and the hotel allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast... More

Wow, we usually go with Trip advisors ratings but this one was bad one. Not friendly at all. We had trouble with internet and tv and front desk gentleman told me to " come downstairs and use it in the lobby" For $260 a night you would think the internet was working and tv as well. Definitely will not come... More
