We stayed her for two nights to visit the falls. The toilet/shower room was a little tight as I am a plus sized woman. The beds are really saggy and you meet in the middle if you are sharing a bed. The pool and playground were really nice and I saw a ton of kids enjoying them. The only thing... More

Stayed two nites. The room was clean and the folks at the front desk was extremely helpful. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Very happy with the price. The continental breakfast was not worth mentioning. Eat breakfast somewhere else!

stayed here to save a few dollars. sixty something a night not bad for Niagara Falls. Lobby staff personalities a little different that what I am accustomed to. The greeting was "what's up man"?, not "how may I help you"? Maybe that's just me or maybe that's New York. First room sink leaked, second room was ok.

Good location, free access to trolley is a plus since it takes you to the Niagara Falls State Park, Shopping Malls and dining areas, in that way you park your vehicle during your stay and save couple of bucks in gas. The rooms were comfortable as well as spacious. Inclusion of continental breakfast is also very convenient. Staff is not... More

What a dump! When we walked in the room the first thing i saw was a nasty stain on the bedspread. The blankets underneath were so worn out they were disgusting not to mention the pillows!! Vending machines were completely sold out and the ice maker was clogged! Too far from the falls too

There are some pretty sad looking motels along Niagara Falls Blvd., which maybe makes this one look even better. They have done some renos to the building and the grounds are nicely landscaped. We noticed coming back in the evening it was the only motel with a packed parking lot. The actual room is average and a bit on the... More

Stayed here for one night over the weekend. For the price I dont think it was worth it, but maybe I booked last minute and it was packed just might be a factor. Paid $165 taxes in. Room was clean, although had a bleach smell when we first arrived and had to leave the door open to air it out.... More

April was very cold for us who live in the Caribbean 40 grades Farenheigh was like in the North Pole but we could accomplished everything we wanted. This hotel is very near everything. American Falls. Shopping areas. Casinos. Perfect. The staff was very friendly. Very clean and breakfast great. Will stay again.

My fourth time staying here. We requested a first floor room & was given a very nice one that had a microwave & fridge (which we didn't expect), It was unexpectedly cold for the end of April and the heater warmed the room quickly. The breakfast was nice - with waffles, toast, fruit. Staff was pleasant. There was no fan... More
