Booked the entire house for our family to get away and some members to meet a new addition to the family. The house was very old and rustic which made it comfortable. Only issue is that the owner left the heat set at a freezing 66 degrees in the middle of the worst winter in decades. We asked for the... More

We had never been to the Falls and wanted a special place to stay. The Park Place B&B was the perfect choice. It was a "special" birthday for me, plus we had elderly friends from Canada meet us there. Mark was a kind and attentive host for all of us and particularly thoughtful of our friends who are in their... More

Mark Savory, owner of the B&B made our trip an incredible one. He was able to share a great deal of information, history, directions, suggestions for eating out, etc. We also had the awesome opportunity to meet other couples from different parts of the U.S. Mark was extremely sensitive to the needs of each individual who stays at the B&B... Park Place B&B... Stayed with my wife for the weekend and had an incredible quick trip. Just like a stay with family and friends. The host, Mark Savoy, is our new local friend in Niagara Falls ! We had the top floor all to ourselves and felt like we were at our own home. Visiting the park, the sights, Canada...all... More

The host and company were fantastic! Beautiful place! I can't wait to return with my 79 yr old parents in the Spring! It's a safe area and very close to the park. Our host, Mark, is a wealth of information and knows everything about Niagara Falls...Canada... and the surrounding cities. We walked to the park the evening we arrived and stayed... More

I stayed here with my mother, grandmother, brother, and his wife, and we all had an amazing time, albeit a short one. This century old home is beautifully decorated, and very well maintained from top to bottom. It was the perfect mix of early 20th century, and modern convenience. We had the entire third floor to ourselves, and fortunately for... More

The home was lovely and in a quiet, historic neighborhood. Mark was most accommodating as our host. The walk to the pedestrian bridge took about 20 minutes, not the 5-10 minutes that was indicated. There is a designated trolley stop a block and a half away, that had we known about earlier, we would have used. Our bedroom was just... More

Our family stayed here with both sets of grandparents in three different rooms. We enjoyed our stay! Our parents had an amazing time and we all didn't want to go to our next place because it was going to be at a hotel! It was so peacefully and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decorated so nicely.The... More
