We stayed 3 nights at the Park Place B&B. It is a 100 year old Craftsman style home with original wood floors, moldings and period furnishings. The Mantel room was very comfortable although the bathroom is tiny, but we managed just fine. The atmosphere of the B&B is very laid back and informal. Mark is a wonderful host and he... More

I stayed here the day before I get married next to the falls. we have 3 rooms booked and all of the rooms are cute and sweet... the next morning I had to leave early for hair and make up but everyone else who had Mark's handmade breakfast all said it was amazing! Such a shame I didn't get it....... More

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st visit Oct 2013 and had a great weekend. Mark was very accommodating and a wealth of information on helping us plan our itinerary to the Falls. This B & B is within walking distance to the Falls, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are beyond fabulous and the place is immaculately... More

This B&B is located on a quiet street a short walk from the aquarium. From the aquarium you can take the trolley to all the falls attractions. The house itself is a very nice, old house and we felt very comfortable there. Our room was a standard size bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom was small but adequate. We... More

Mark Savoy is the perfect host providing tip, ideas and advice for our 3 day, 2 night visit. The b and b is a great location within easy walking distance to all the sights. Relaxing, comfortable and very friendly accommodation. The breakfasts decadent and sublime. If only we could stay longer just to experience more of the same. Thank you.

We rented the entire house, on VRBO. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us, it only felt crowded in the kitchen. The living room and dining room were huge, making it easy for all of us to share time together. Perfect rental for a large group. Perfect location.

We had never been to the Falls and wanted a special place to stay. The Park Place B&B was the perfect choice. It was a "special" birthday for me, plus we had elderly friends from Canada meet us there. Mark was a kind and attentive host for all of us and particularly thoughtful of our friends who are in their... More

Mark Savory, owner of the B&B made our trip an incredible one. He was able to share a great deal of information, history, directions, suggestions for eating out, etc. We also had the awesome opportunity to meet other couples from different parts of the U.S. Mark was extremely sensitive to the needs of each individual who stays at the B&B... Park Place B&B... Stayed with my wife for the weekend and had an incredible quick trip. Just like a stay with family and friends. The host, Mark Savoy, is our new local friend in Niagara Falls !
