We checked in at the Comfort Inn and asked for the best rate they could give us - $149. Yikes, but we were tired so we stayed. Got into our room and hooked up to WiFi, and the first thing that pops up was an ad for the hotel offering a rate of $109. The manager would not give us... More

Bed was soft but very comfortable. Definitely 1960 era. After a 23 hour drive a bar ditch would have been ok. Very handy to the airport. Staff was good. Front desk couldn't print or fax a receipt due to printer being "out of ink" .... Say what !? That falls into a lack of proper management. No spare ink cartridge... More

Wow. Staying fat this comfort inn was like taking a huge step back to the mid 1980's. I mean really should hotels that charge a hundred plus dollars a night really update their properties? I guess this is not the case for the owners of the comfort inn in Newburg. Take my advice and pass this place by and search... More

When we first walked in I noticed that the hotel is currently being renovated. Well we realized our room was on the opposite side of the renovation! The left side of the hotel is OLD DIRTY AND DINGY! The door handles had RUST on them the carpets had stains, the walls were FILTHY! Inside the room the SMELL of must... More

Overall, some of the employees are very nice and helpful, but the new management is extremely rude. It seems they are irritated by, and unwilling to deal with guests. I felt constant condescending and unhappy nature from the long-haired blonde girl at the front desk.(The dark-haired girls are very nice.) When compared to other hotels, it is way overpriced!

On our travels to Massachusetts, we stopped at several hotels along our route trying to find a room to rest for the night. Finally, around 10 p.m. on 7/26/14, we found a room at Comfort Inn in Newburgh, NY. However, the only room they had left was the "Jacuzzi Suite" which they allowed us to stay in for $200 cash.... I stayed here for a night on a business trip. I needed something in this location that was convenient. Physically the location of the hotel is perfect. They have a nice staff that is accommodating and helpful. On the other hand the room was not very clean, the bathroom the same. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke and paint.... More

Stayed at the Comfort Inn, Newburgh, NY, July 5 – 7. Check-In was a breeze. Room was nice and clean, but could use some updating. Bathroom a bit small but still OK. Hotel’s Wi-Fi wasn’t working the entire time we were there. Breakfast was from 6 – 9. Sunday morning went to breakfast about 8:30. Got the last two cups... More

The management at this hotel has no idea how to run one. A bunch of friends and myself got this hotel for a wedding because all other hotels were sold out in the area. I got there early and my room was not ready, but I was able to check in by 130, my other friends got there shortly after... More
