We found this hotel to be in need of sound proofing! We only stayed one night while passing through. For that kind of quick stop it is just fine but I wouldn't want to spend more than one night there. Unfortunately we could hear our neighbours very clearly through the walls!

This hotel is close to our grandkids we were visiting, but customer service is a thing of the past at this hotel . We traveled with our young son and asked for a rollaway bed in our king room. They accommodated us, but then proceeded to charge us an additional $15 per night. The charge was not the problem; had... More

Stayed in this hotel for two nights for a local soccer tournament. I think the place needs some updating, carpets, tv's etc. The outside looks modern, but it is not reflective of what the decor is inside. It wasn't disgusting as people make it out to be. You get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was... More

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip. This hotel was dirty. Trash in the hallways, stained sheets, rude cleaning people, wallpaper was literally falling off the walls, carpet was so old it had a stale disgusting odor to it. The smell of this hotel was a cross between wet smelly carpet mixed with a moldy stale smoke odor. I paid over... More

We booked this hotel through a sports booking agent for the 'bargain' group rate price of $105 a night, PLUS the state tax and occupancy tax - which ends up being 13% of your total. We were traveling with a baseball team and found when we checked in that there were several other teams staying there as well hence the... More

Dead bolt on room door didn't work. Lock on outside door of building didn't work, anyone could access the building through the back door at any time of the night. Shower curtain rod was almost falling off the wall. Rumbling noise from fans in AC unit of room next door all night long. Just OK for a $50 room... only... More

I recently stayed for business purposes. The hotel was a little run down but it was clean and safe. Customer service was stellar. There wasn't one employee that didn't acknowledge me when I saw one. The hotel has convenient and had easy access to I-84.

I travel for work, so I am experienced with all brands of hotels. This was a pleasure trip, on our way to our vacation destination. The hotel staff was friendly, hotel is clean and new. Rooms were the average hotel set up, but very clean and fresh.
