My family friends and I have been going to Army games for 3 years and we always stayed here. The drive to the Military base us only 15minutes. However due to our most recent trip we will be looking else where. My dad booked SIX rooms. We arrived early to see about an early checkin however we were not able... More

I'd read the negative reviews, so had low expectations. Was told the hotel was fully booked. Deadbolt in my room was broken. Slide bar lock worked, so I stayed (mistake). Around midnight a guy opens the door (as far as the slide would allow) -- which meant his card key was keyed to my room. Two strikes. Fortunately he apologized... More

A very disappointing experience, the rooms are safety hazards with overloaded extensions cords plugged into overloaded outlets, the WI-fi was a joke, bath towels were rag like, the rooms were difficult to find and the staff was a joke - one desk staffer by the name of "Tim" needs to be dismissed!

No wont stay hear agian. There a dinner that super run down next door and a gas station. It going threw a remodel.... Smells overwhelmingly of carpet powder as if they are hidding something. The vending machines are empty and the carpets are covered in plastic wrap so when you walk over it it pops like bubble wrap. Loud and... More

Luckily we stayed at Comfort Inn at Newburgh only one night. A disaster hotel. By mistake we went up the elevator to the the renovated side first as that is where all the guests were going. We did not find our room. we lugged the suitcases back down and was told our room was on the *other* side and it... More

I have not written a review before but am compelled to share our bad experience. We made a reservation stating we needed a pet friendly hotel. (we had a new puppy- show quality with dam and sire both grand champions) We checked in and brought the puppy and crate inside. I brought the puppy back through the lobby and the... More

We checked in at the Comfort Inn and asked for the best rate they could give us - $149. Yikes, but we were tired so we stayed. Got into our room and hooked up to WiFi, and the first thing that pops up was an ad for the hotel offering a rate of $109. The manager would not give us... More

Bed was soft but very comfortable. Definitely 1960 era. After a 23 hour drive a bar ditch would have been ok. Very handy to the airport. Staff was good. Front desk couldn't print or fax a receipt due to printer being "out of ink" .... Say what !? That falls into a lack of proper management. No spare ink cartridge... More

Wow. Staying fat this comfort inn was like taking a huge step back to the mid 1980's. I mean really should hotels that charge a hundred plus dollars a night really update their properties? I guess this is not the case for the owners of the comfort inn in Newburg. Take my advice and pass this place by and search... More
