I have stayed here many of times and always greeted with a smile from a professional and courteous staff. The rooms are clean with a warm atmosphere to them. I will be staying here in the future and would recommend it to everyone else more

We have spent many nights at the Comfort Inn in Newburgh NY and find it to be one of the best value hotels in the area. Along with the value, they have the most friendly and professional staffs who are ready to assist you in any way that they can. The morning breakfast puts it over the top more

The new room had a better smell, but still it wasn't that nice of a smell. On the return home, we had another room and it had a... more

Stayed here one night while en route to Boston from WV during our trip summer 2009. After 4 other hotels in area had no vacancies ( around 6 pm), I was glad to find a room here. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, she even called our room after we settled in to ask if... more

As a truck driver I stay at hotels 2-3 times a week and have been driving through this area for about 6 months now. If I am within 60 miles I will go out of my way to stay here :-) The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable ... just a really nice hotel :-) more

Absolutely, without a doubt the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We almost walked out, but we prepaid and couldn't get a refund so we stayed! The hotel is dirty, rooms smell like smoke and the staff are totally APATHETIC and act like they don't get paid enough to carel! Never will I stay at a... more

Friendly staff and clean hotel, pretty good bargain for the money. Nice and basic breakfast if you aren't too picky, my only negative on the place is that the coffee is rather bland and the side closest to the highway can be a little noisy at night if you aren't used to it. I would stay there again in a... more
