We stayed here for only one night during the memorial weekend but after the amazing treatment that we have received by Nancy and her husband we absolutely wished we could have stayed longer. They own very cute dogs and cats that you can meet walking around the big, tidy garden. Rooms are very cozy and super clean and the breakfast... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night and had the best experience we could ask for. The innkeepers went beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They even helped us with transportation to and from storm king without us even asking for it. The house is huge and so are the rooms. There is a big... More

We were lucky enough to get a room at this B&B for a night on memorial weekend. We were met by friendly dogs and even more friendly people. The house is amazing and the rooms so cozy. Chuck and Nancy are super friendly, and when we wanted to go to Storm King, Chuck actually took us there in his car!... More

My husband and I have stayed here 3 times. We visit the Hudson Valley often and this is now our "home away from home". The location is convenient to West Point, the Mid-Hudson attractions including the Vanderbilt Mansion, Hyde Park, and the Culinary Institute of America as well as the Kingston area. Nancy is a great hostess and very helpful.... More

I (very unwisely) waited until the last minute to look for a relaxing inn or B&B upstate among the foliage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. To make matters more difficult, we could only spend one night away. During peak season, this is certainly a tall order. An exhaustive search led me no where... Until I thankfully found the Goldsmith Denniston... More

I did not stay at this B&B, I attended a baby shower here that the B&B catered. The grounds were lovely, food was delicious, staff was friendly, service was great!!! Being from Newburgh, I was very surprised that I had never heard of this place, but I will now be recommending this place for family events or when friends &... More

Terrific experience. Especially if you love old houses, you will be completely in clover. This Federal-style 1820 mansion has been lovingly restored by the innkeeper, Nancy. She grew up in the house and takes great pride in it. She knows everything about her own house and a great deal about the surrounding properties if you are curious (and you will... More

There is no sign indicating the B&B so we passed the place and got a little lost coming in and went around the neighborhood a few times. The block that the B&B is on is nice, but just two blocks away, the neighborhood gets quite bad. There are boarded up houses with lots of trash and old furniture thrown out.... More

Nancy was very gracious, providing all sorts of info. The pets on the property were seperated/gated-- but freindly if you chose to interact. Well air-conditioned and comfortable, though could do w a new mattress, we were rolling into the pit every night. Cleaned daily so that was nice. Breakfast was nice as well, well priced, moderate level establishment. Though close... More

Nancy was warm, helpful and courteous. She easily handled the demands of our extended families with grace and skill. The home itself is spacious and beautiful. The outdoor areas are lovely and condusive to long conversations.
