Walked into a home away from home. Hal made sure my family was perfectly at home. No easy task! We had cottage and 2 rooms in the Inn. Met fantastically interesting people, would love to have had more time to really have enjoyed their stories! The breakfasts were bountiful, creative and delicious! The grounds were spectacular and well kept. Rooms... More

The Storm King Lodge is a great place to escape to whether as a couple or with the entire clan. We stayed there as part of a romantic return trip to Storm King Art Center, and also spent a great day at Dia: Beacon. The guests at the lodge were a very compatible group, sharing interests in art and culture,... More

We stayed at this beautiful B and B after visiting Storm King. My husband and I traveled with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grand-kids. We had 2 lovely rooms and the whole hotel lodge to ourselves...truly a treat in this beautiful place. Hal the owner was so gracious and we all enjoyed talking with him and learning about the... We stayed for two nights for an impromptu getaway to do some hiking in the area. The B&B is very convenient to Storm King but we did not go there as we've been before. We stayed in the yellow room, which is a smaller room but very bright and cheery with comfortable bed. The owner, Hal, is very friendly and... More

We're from England and we were in search of a glimpse of small town american hospitality and fun. We found it. We stayed in the pine room and it was top banana. The pool is delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the peach room, which has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. I know what you are thinking, but let me say that it was an extremely comfortable bed. The conversion was seamless and we slept very well. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and we really hit the jackpot with our fellow guests.... More

Storm King Lodge commands a great view over the Hudson Valley area and is very close to the impressive sculpture park. Hal is a friendly and interesting host and the house is full of character. A really nice place to stay. Free bar is a bonus not to be abused!

The main house is stunning - an old barn long ago redone into a house, with big beams and high ceiling over great room to gather in. Four bedrooms, one small (with 2 twins possible), the others roomy with Queen beds. All with own baths. Best, a covered porch/deck overlooking the lawn and looking out towards the Hudson. Which no,... More

This is a lovely place to stay if you're in the Cornwall area. The pool was a welcome treat after a full day of biking around Storm King Sculpture Park. There's a little fridge for guests that we were able to put our beers into and the host let us grab two of his cold ones while ours chilled. The... More

I went to my hometown for an emergency visit and stayed at the Storm King Lodge, mostly due to the glowing TripAdvisor reviews. It did *not* disappoint! A wonderful, quaint B&B with excellent views, wonderful food, and a very charming host! Hal is a wonderful host who greeted us with fun stories and excellent food. Convenient snacks, coffee, and drinks... More
