Attended a destination wedding and stayed at the Emerson with my family. The staff could not be more accommodating...from getting us into our room early so we could get dressed for the wedding to rapidly providing a crib for the little one. The rooms are immaculately clean. In the more traditional wings, they have unique furnishings and art reflecting the... More

I truly cannot be happier with our stay... The place is amazing, the staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. At first I thought it was a little pricey but I will tell you it's worth every penny. We stayed at the Inn and our room had a fireplace, porch, amazing decor, comfy bed and furniture, super clean and basically... More

The Emerson is an outstanding place to go and relax. I stayed at the Inn which houses the spa and fitness center. The rooms have recently been renovated, so they are very clean and cheery. They recently changed from a middle easter/Indian flare to more of a country vibe in decor. It works for the area. Liz at the Spa... More

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. We have two kids aged 11 and 9 and we had plenty of space, and they loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet - and much appreciated as it as 90 degrees plus - and the bathrooms looked recently updated and were spotless. Also liked... More

We took advantage of the reasonable rates at the Emerson and stayed three weekday nights. We really enjoyed the local hiking. Hotel even packed us a picnic lunch. Grounds were kept in excellent shape. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV was tiny. I had three spa services by Isabella, which were all excellent! The two complaints I had were... More

The Emerson lived up to our expectations. The photos on their website are true. Our room (suite) was in the Inn (main building) and it was beautiful. A huge room with a foyer, living area with gas fireplace, porch and gorgeous bathroom. Comfortable and contemporary. Totally up-to-date. Most important to us was the comfortable mattress. The bathroom was large with... More

We went to Emerson for a bachelorette weekend and we were all so happy with our services. The Spa was perfect! Priced very responsible, and extremely clean. Can't wait to go back for another relaxing day

We stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. It was a quiet, mid-week trip. Almost too quiet. The rooms are beautiful- new, clean, with fireplace, sofa, desk, balcony, and large modern bathroom. The place was under construction- there will be a new restaurant soon and new parking lot. The Catamount restaurant was very good, but it was only open for... More

A big plus to this resort is that they take pets, albeit for a $35 charge per night. We spent three mid-week days there because they offer special of 3 nights for the price of 2. A big minus was they were re-doing the parking lot through our whole stay which made getting around the resort difficult because of roped... More

The Emerson looks like a sprawling motel from the road, with motel type parking near the rooms. So I was really pleasantly surprised to see my two story cabin-like room with great amenities. The first floor had a living room with TV, and a kitchenette with a dining table. The second floor (staircase - not handicapped accessible and a little... More
