What a find.. So comfy. Friendly staff. Had a good workout for first time on 6 day road trip. Dinner was nice at Catamount. Breakfast was delicious at Phoenix. Giant kaleidoscope is a 10 min must... Lie on your back on the floor for the best experience. Lovely shops. Comfy room.. Just wish I'd found the fan as well as... More

I found this place through a Living Social coupon. Right in the middle of the Catskills, Emerson Inn was a nice little slice of luxury among all the beautiful nature. Service was perfect, room was luxurious and the spa was relaxing. I ordered dinner/room service from the connecting restaurant (Catamount) which was just ok but still enjoyable to eat-in. I... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Emerson and were totally blown away by the service and accomodations. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the spa is out of this world, food is a B+ and the people there will do anything to make your stay the best ever. Owning an EV and needing a charge to finish our... More

I booked the hotel last minute as my boyfriend and I wanted to get out of NYC. While the website was down to book reservations online, I had no problems calling and speaking with a friendly reservations agent. There was a King room overlooking the mountain available and it did not disappoint! We got in after 12:30AM and the front... More

We've stayed many times at the Emerson Resort - always in the Lodge - because we have family who live nearby. This past weekend we stayed in the Inn, which was lovely and relaxing. We had a very spacious room with a balcony that overlooked the creek. Except for a small spot on the wall next to the refrigerator that... More

It was our first visit to the area. We wanted to spend some time in Woodstock but were looking for a spa/hotel. Emerson really met our needs. We took advantage of the midweek special that they offer. The suite on the inn side of the hotel was gorgeous. Jacuzzi tub, rain shower with adjustable wall jets, my wife wanted to... More

Lovely hotel. The staff was great. They could not do enough for us. After a long drive to get there we did not feel like driving to a restaurant. Someone from the hotel drove us there and picked us up after we finished. The room was big, comfortable and the patio was delightful.

A great location to welcome summer 2014 with a friend traveling from out of the country. The serenity of place and the hospitality of the resort staff was only outdone by the lasting memories of a great few days. Thank you all for a great stay.

My boyfriend and I found this resort via an online coupon. After reading lots of reviews, we decided to book a two night getaway. We were so pleased when we arrived at the resort. It was everything we'd imagined it would be. Our room (the regal suite on the ground floor) was so spacious and elegant. There was a very... More

We had an opportunity to stay at the Emerson Resort and Spa for one evening this spring. The Inn (as opposed to the Lodge which is very rustic, log cabin style accommodations) was lovely and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in an Asian/ Indian motif. The staff were certainly pleasant and helpful, but there was no bell service... More
