I stayed here for 2 nights during the week and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. It is also much more affordable to stay during the week. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are beautifully decorated with a rustic feel. The setting is ideal, overlooking Lake Montauk they have the sandy beach as well as... More

This restaurant has it all. A beautiful, tranquil setting by Montauk Lake, an open air restaurant with fantastic views, good and inventive food, and nice service. My scallops were so well prepared, dazzling with the tiny pea pods! The apps were delicious. And a nice dollop of Hamptons trendy, which makes you feel like you're not missing something going on... The hotel itself is nice. the little beach on the lake and the garden too although not a real beach. But be aware when you go there of a few incredible things : - food gets surprisingly very very expensive at dinner, considering it's fairly simple food (good but nothing mind blowing or complicated) and that you get the almost... I really like this restaurant because of the setting and the unique menu. It is expensive as some others mentioned, but if you can get past that its nice. The food was pretty good, nothing amazing, but worth the trip there. Also, yes there can be ants/bugs or whatever here as people mentioned, but part of the restaurant is basically... More

Need I say more? All downhill from there. Very depressing all around. Stay elsewhere. Terrifble stale food for breakfast. "Bay" is a puddle with small crabs and really unattractive. Walk to town in several miles and cabs don't come by. Terrible vacation bcs of this place. They need to exterminate the beg bugs.

My husband and I stayed at the Crows Nest and LOVED it. When we drove in the parking lot, it looked a little more "motel" than we expected, BUT don't judge a book by the cover. The rooms are totally shack chic with great amenities and comfortable beds. The grounds are gorgeous with a firepit to enjoy wine by or... More

I had a hard time finding much info about the Crow's Nest online so I was a little hesitant to book it. I'm so glad we did. Everything from the decor to the location was great. Each room has a view of the lake and a balcony. Bikes and beach parking passes are all available for guests to use. The... More

We were planning a last minute late Summer getaway to Montauk for the weekend and needed to find a dog-friendly place stat! Everywhere we looked was either booked, had 3-night minimum's, were extremely overpriced or just downright frightening. I stumbled across the Crow's Nest Inn after an extensive web search and heard rumors they would take dogs (though not advertised)... More

Thought that I would have a nice dinner with my wife and 2yr old on 9/10/11. They gave us a table that was by the door and the kitchen as well. The door kept slamming open. When it was open all the way it would let in the very cool air that evening that also kept blowing out the candle... More
