I arrived at Brookfield Friday, November 20, 2015 and just on the ride in I knew I was going to love it. Driving through the neighborhood I was wondering if it would be private enough. I arrived at night and was glad I did because as I drove in all of the beautiful lanterns were on lighting the property. I... More

My husband and my parents shared the Highlander Suite which has a king bed in the main bedroom and a pullout queen in living room. It overlooks a beautiful balcony (see photo) which in the fall gives you a great view of the tons of trees on their property and the changing leaves. It's breathtaking! The Highlander suite, by the... More

Short Review: Read the longer review :) but if you're in a rush just rest assured if you stay here you couldn't be making a smarter and more relaxing decision. The hosts are unbelievable, accommodations are top of the top, and the area is fun and will offer you a quiet relaxing romantic get away or you can party and... More

Though we were only able to stay one night (availability on weekends in usually for 2 nights, but we were lucky enough to find a single night availability on a trip upstate), we had an extremely pleasant time. The farm is very peaceful and relatively secluded. We were greeted by Caroline, who was a joy to meet and efficiently explained... More

Although easily accessible from all major attractions in the Hudson Valley, this place is secluded and private. Take a seat in the back yard and enjoy the sunset or star gaze and hear only the sounds of birds and insects. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the mountains and trees, with no houses or roads in sight. Our hosts, Caroline and... More

This is not a bnb. Every bed and breakfast my wife and I have ever been to caters to every whim of the customer and this is not that place. We are expecting you to arrive at about 9pm.  If this changes in advance, please let us know via e-mail.  If it changes on 10/10, please contact us by phone... More

At Brookfield Farm B&B, we do all we reasonably can to ensure that our guests have a great experience. We would like to clarify that we did not object to these guests arriving at 10:30pm. Their scheduled arrival time was 9pm. They called at 8pm to say they wouldn’t be arriving until midnight. We do ask guests to let us... More

I rarely feel moved to write a review whether it be negative or positive, but especially positive. From the booking process through the end of our stay, we were thrilled with Brookfield Farm B&B. Firstly, the couple who run it are about as warm and welcoming as anyone could ask for. Pleasant on the phone and even more so in... More

An extremely pleasant interlude driving north through New York State. Most comfortable room, friendly and accomodating host and a truely beautiful walk around the grounds next morning. Satisfying breakfast and very relaxed atmosphere. Exactly what we needed the day after a 24 hour flight. Location convenient for the places we wanted to visit and an ideal peaceful break.

I booked the separate cottage for a mini vacation with my adult daughter. The owner, Caroline was quick to respond to all my questions and provided me with plenty of information about activities, restaurants ... in the area. I liked the separate cottage because it gave us a lot of privacy. We enjoyed the beautiful presentation (picnic like) and yammi... More

Just delightful! Michael & Carolyn are friendly and accommodating. They let us switch dates at the last minute. They adjusted breakfast to our schedule. The 1st floor room has a bed and a pull out with a memory foam mattress. There is a DVD player and tons of movies if you get tired of watching the gorgeous, funny cows, the... More
