I registered for a week at this campground, then read the reviews and wondered what Have I gotten my wife into. I checked everything on line, however, phoned to register. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. Once we arrived the check in was fast and the staff were very polite. We were escorted to our site B... More

I agree with all the negative reviews posted thus far. We took our family camping to jellystone park in mexico for the first time this past weekend and was very disappointed. For starters, there were issues with registering online so we had to call to register...first encounter with rude staff. Upon arriving, we had to wait forever to be waited... More

We stayed in a park model, the furniture was falling apart and thoroughly decrepit. There was rust throughout and holes in the walls. The pool slide was dated and utterly terrifying to watch kids go down. The pool was freezing as well!! Playgrounds were well kept and bouncing pad was a hit. Staff were not helpful at all. Something was... More

While I understand that the weather can't be control and our location was in a high spot, many campers were flooded due to all the rain. Unfortunately most were tent campers. We did not have issues with the older staff. The owner riding on the golf cart was nice and joked with us. He did ride around a lot but... More

My husband and I were here with our 5 year old daughter over the weekend. We rented a luxury cabin and were just steps away from the river. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a nice weekend away. We were very pleased with the planned activities & our daughter chose to participate in many. She... More

We reserved this site based on the web site. First mistake. It said there was wi fi but after we arrived we were informed that only some sites have service and they didn't have a list of which sites did, very rude. Also were told they had TV reception. If all you want is 3 PBS stations. Staff is rude,... More

We have camped as a family for 30yrs , and have never endured such hostile treatment . We rented 2 /2 room cabins and a rental from the park. No one received a list of what to bring or any confirmation. They switched one cabin for a 1 room and they had to pay an extra $60 for the other... More

Getting in and out of this park was a nightmare. Staff was clearly more interested in making money rather than making you feel welcome. I could not believe the constant rounds looking for people breaking rules.

My husband and I have been camping for over 30 years, both with and without kids. This past weekend we camped with our son, his wife and 3 young children. Jellystone in Mexico, NY is one of the worst campgrounds we have ever been too. We will never be returning to the Jellystone in Mexico, NY and I intend to... More

We rented a two room cabin. It was very clean. The cabin came equipped with a microwave, coffee pot and a mini fridge. Everyone working at this park was very nice and helpful. No problems. The bathrooms/showers were clean everytime I went in there, even during the pooring rain they were clean. Many activities were available and the theme weekends... More
