The staff was pleasant and the public areas were nice. The room, however, was dated and had a lot of things wrong with it. It was so bad that for the first time in my life, I wrote a letter to the hotel manager afterwards, but he didn't respond. None of these things by themselves are so terrible, but, when... more

Stayed for two days on the fifth floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, noise does travel - I felt as if the people next door were actually in the same room with us! We eventually figured out that it was coming through the vent that was located next to the bed - we could hear... more

We stayed here for a wedding over 4th of July weekend. The hotel was overpriced but there aren't many hotels in this area. The staff was pleasant. The kitchen closed early which was a bummer after the festivities! The pool looks really cool at night. The rooms were clean. The brunch was good. Overall, it was okay to good. more

This is a busy hotel. It was expensive but it always is in New York. Had a surprising nice pool which was an added bonus. Also a nice Hilton lounge for Honors members. The only drawback was the layout it was a LONG LONG walk to the room. more

My husband and I stayed there for a long weekend while on business. We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the Watercolors Cafe and they greeted us every morning. The manager even made us to-go baggies when she found out we were leaving the next morning. Just a short drive to the train staion and we could ride the train in... more

We were recently here for a wedding, the attraction being that it was the wedding party's hotel, and it was very close to the beautiful Harbor Club, where the wedding was held. The property is comfortable, especially the wonderful beds and tons of awesome pillows. I found the room rather cluttered, and many of the rooms' windows open onto an... more

I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday. It is in a commercial area and you would need a car to get anywhere. NOWHERE is within walking distance. However, there is a shuttle bus service and the drivers were always very nice. One brought us into a lovely town called Farmingdale and recommended a lovely place for dinner called... more

We stayed there on the night of my brother's Long Island wedding. My wife arrived at the property at about 11:30pm and asked for a baby crib at check in. Unfortunately, it took about an hour (and several phone calls) for the crib to arrive - not what she or our 5 month old son needed at midnight after a... more

I booked a hotel room block here and I stayed here for two nights around my wedding, and I found the staff and the room to be wonderful! We booked a full suite (Room 476), and we thought the room was extremely spacious. There is a dividing wall in the middle of the room that separates the bedroom area and... more
