I have stayed in the quality inn in Massena several times. It is clean and well maintained they have a very friendly staff and the continental breakfast room is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. It seems they are constantly looking for ways to make their hotel better. more

My husband and I wanted to get away for our anniversary, so we booked one of the Jacuzzi Suites. Very, very nice. The room was clean, service outstanding and the meal we had was wonderful. We will go back for weekend getaways. more

It was just me traveling, got a small room at a good price. It was newly remodeled. Good room. However, the toliet lid would not stay up, not an issue if your female. Price was the best I was going to get. I would stay again. Not a 5 star, but it was Massena! more
