We stumbled upon this place at dusk as everywhere seemed to be full. Got the last rooms therefore quite expensive but it had a balcony overlooking the sea and was so relaxing we stayed another night. The evening meal was special in the seaview restaurant not inexpensive but delicious. The dining experience of the 8pm sitting was spoilt somewhat by... more

A word of warning: the place is under construction and the exterior looks pretty bad! But the lobby and the rooms themselves have been renovated and are just fine. I did NOT hear any loud construction noise while I was here and there were not trucks and stuff parked all over - FYI. I really liked this place, actually! The... more

We stayed here for two nights. The power went out (alarm never went off), water was freezing for showers and instead of apologizing and attempting to be accomodating, the woman at the front desk was shockingly SO rude and blew off our concerns and questions. The second morning we again had no hot water and when we called to complain... more

The outside of these rooms are old but inside they have been renovated. The linens and pillows are relatively new. The bathroom is my favorite part b/c it allows for many shelves. We have family in the area and it is by far the best value on the island in and around this location. The staff was helpful and friendly... more

Not much for the money. Very small room. No mini fridge. Have stayed in numerous hotels and this was about the least for the money. Even in Europe with old buildings and small rooms they make better use of the space. more

This place was really a lot more than what I thought. I saw the pictures of the place & rooms & needed to check it out in person. Especially since I stayed at this place before the renovations. The upgrades in the rooms are gorgeous! It was a pleasant surprise! The continental breakfast & friendly staff weren't bad either! more

My Husband and I just stayed at the Best Western while visiting family. I had read such bad reviews that I made my sister-in-law go and see the room before we arrived. The room and bathroom were very large however the layout was weird. When you walked into the room you walked past the bathroom into a large square room.... more

Upon arriving, we thought we had chosen well. The front and the lobby was lovely. Too bad we then were directed out the back door to rooms that are obviously at LEAST 40 years old; very shabby. It was like a movie set. There is a facade with "apparently" some new rooms, which we were never offered when making reservations,... more
