For an overview of the LDS historical sites in the area, this might be the best "first stop". Friendly and knowledgeable guides will answer your questions and make suggestions depending on your time constraints. Nice exhibits, too.

We have stayed here before when the it was a Scottish Inn. It was nothing special...but it is the only place in the area. This time we were greeted with new owners and the name change. These people were awful ! The woman barley spoke English and was very rude. The man did not speak or understand English at all.... More

I'm used to paying the same price for a Hampton or LaQuinta, but nothing like that in area. Cinderblock walls, dirty slip resistant mat in tub, and nasty caulking job around tub. Hole in baseboard where it had rotted near tub. One bed was super saggy, so we switched with the firm one to be farther from the noisy A/C... More

We stayed 3 nights-- booked non refundable. Fortunately we were busy so we weren't in the room except to sleep. Needs a total makeover-- sheets don't quite fit bed-- lousy bathroom products. As clean as you can get a really really old place. Couldn't use wifi in room-- only good thing was modern locks on doors. No sleeping problems-- but... More

Negative reviews were spot on! Should have avoided the motel altogether, gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was close to sites our family was visiting. I presented the manager (who spoke poor, poor English) with a list of complaints: Wi-Fi didn't work, toilet didn't flush, bed broken (literally a sagging hole in the middle of the bed),... More

My wife is traveling and could not find a room. She called in a panic. I booked this crap shack online and through a mis-communication she found and booked a room. Of course, no refund. It's policy. That's the beauty of being along a highway and not needing to provide any real service to a transient clientele. If you are... More

We found an $80 room in the Manchester Inn online and when we couldn't find the motel, we went into the nearby Scottish Inn and enquired about a double room. It was late, so we reluctantly took the $100 room (+ tax) , only to discover it was the same motel and room as the $80 room we had found... More

This is a Motel so please expect a Motel and not 5 star Hotel. If that premise is understood then everything else will fall in place. It is a Good convenient Motel. Before booking I read in the online reviews that it has new owners, that are working hard to improve the property. I can certify this is true. And... More
