Clean, clean, clean! Beautiful rooms, generous breakfast and amazing staff. Better than any hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel for business quite often. This trip was with family and it was perfect! The signature wine was great too! I wouldn't stay downtown again. This is the place to be! more

12 minutes in the car to downtown Saratoga Springs. This place is very new, hip, and classy. Our room was gorgeous, and the staff was great. Only complaints - not very many products stocked in room (only bar soap, and a tiny un-fabulous shampoo/conditioner set - no lotion, no body wash) and the bathroom lighting was dim. This is a tremendous hotel. The rates are low, and the rooms are fantastic. Walk in showers, large sectional, comfortable bed, large room. We had a small baby with us, and the crib in the room was nice. There was lots of free parking. I was really surprised at the amazing looking room with the Japanese style partition - looked like a $400 place, especially the 42" LG HDTV, desk with convenient hookups, and sectional. Can't find anything to complain about. Newer hotel, nice lobby, big rooms, huge TV, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The Kiosk food situation isn't bad, if a bit overpriced.
