An historic inn restored and re decorated in such a way as to lift the spirits! What made all the difference to me was, given a rather severe knee injury, I was given a room on the ground floor. When outside it was slippery the car keys were taken from my hands and what I wanted brought to me -... More

Having grown up in Malone this historic home always had interest. To be able to stay in this home is such an honor and pleasure. The rooms, both public and private are lovely, the location superb and Suzanne is a worls class hostess and owner. Hope I don't wait 30 more years to come back. More

We planned our family reunion at Kilburn Manor.. My wife and I arrived very early in the morning and were greeted warmly by Suzanne. Great conversations and a tour of the house and property before we headed out to explore the countryside. The Kilburn is surprisingly quiet, especially since every room of the BB was filled. The rooms were spotless... More

On our way from Toronto to Lake Winipesaki we wanted to overnight about half way and ended up (with the help of our gps) in Malone, N.Y. We drove to all the regular places... hotels and motels in town... but just couldn't see ourselves staying in any of them... so went to a spot on the gps... "The Kilburn Manor"...... More

Lovely Georgian home, relaxed ambiance, welcomed my 4 kids warmly and wowed my pickiest eater with fabulous oatmeal pancakes in the morning. The luxurious bath and shower were a treat. If you are inflexible and demand everything standardized and "perfect" , then go to a chain hotel. B&B's are for the the discerning traveler who wants to add sparkle to... More

Arrive through the back or front door , into this 19th century Greek revival gem. The room was more beautiful than we expected, extremely clean and comfortable . The owners are kind, welcoming and make you want to move in forever.Breakfast is great, and the owners are eager to please, even creating a beautiful fresh vegan breakfast for one of us.... More

This is our 5th stay at Kilburn Manor and as usual we were made to feel completely comfortable. Our room was beautifully appointed, the bathroom shower was really great and the food absolutely yummy. There is always a cheerful buzz in the common areas of the inn as guests are made to feel part of a Kilburn Manor family -... More

I have stayed here with extended family twice, as my mom grew up in Chateaugay. I have stayed in two different rooms, and they were both extremely charming and well-quipped. My favorite part of the stay is always talking to Suzanne, as she is extremely lively and very well-informed about a variety of topics. I think this is a must,... More

If you come to Malone for a leisure trip, then this place is fine. I came to Malone for business and stayed at Kilburn Manor because it was recommended to me from the place I was working at. However, if you have to be anywhere early, forget having breakfast. But, I did get my rate adjusted. I was looking forward... More
