Thank you, Suzanne, for a warm and welcoming stay in Malone. Suzanne treated us like family. The inn was comfortable and the breakfast hit the spot. It was nice to get another perspective of a Malone that I was already familiar with. We will be back.

We stayed as a couple mid-March 2014 to ski Titus Mountain. Suzanne was unbelievably warm and welcoming, and made it clear from the moment we arrived that we were to treat Kilburn Manor as our home. The Manor was not busy the weekend we visited, and we had the whole main floor to ourselves. We slept very well, as it... More

Spent one night at Kilburn Manor, the result of a last minute ski getaway. It was also our first time at a B&B but certainly will not be our last! Suzanne was a wonderful hostess. Her historic home is charming, accommodations are comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Suzanne helped arrange lift tickets for our family, and recommended a great restaurant... More

We loved this place. It's close to Titus mtn and great restaurants with local beers and friendly service. Excellent rapport with Suzanne, who is both charming and laid back. Sometimes B&B owners can be a bit woolly, but not this one! She's sharp, witty, and a darn good cook. Great place to stay the night before/after a long day of... More

A warm and friendly atmosphere, comfortable rooms and a view of the river. You are greeted first by large columns guarding the front entrance then by proprietor Suzanne who is both host and greeter as well as the producer of a wonderful breakfast. French pressed coffee and warm oat meal pancakes covered with "north country" maple syrup were our venue... More

This Holiday Season we have just had the most efficient and serene Christmas Shopping Spree ever. We decided to visit Malone N.Y. and booked a room at Kilburn Manor with the owner via telephone. Shopping and Great Dining were a mere stone's throw away. Our room was super comfy and cozy. The décor was unique and eye pleasing, Our hostess... More

We were in Malone for a memorial and the Kilburn Manor gave us the best of the North Country. We were not expecting to sleep much; but our room was quiet, the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. It was so nice to be such a comfortable, beautiful home that just wrapped us up in peace. The breakfasts... More

Suzanne was a great hostess and made me feel so very welcome. My room was gorgeous and huge. The walls were a lovely shade of yellow and the furnishings, bed covers, and curtains were many shades of light blue. It was great being able to get Netflix too! Suzanne suggested a great restaurant for dinner and her breakfast was superb.... More

Kilburn Manor and its owner Suzanne are truly welcoming. The manor is just a short way off the main drag but seems out in the country with plenty of green space and an in ground pool. Great breakfast, too. A great spot to spend a quiet vacation.

I was in Malone to visit the Wilder Homestead Museum and stayed here on a warm July night. My room had no air conditioner. Another room, occupied by another guest, did have a/c. The innkeeper Suzanne brought a fan into the room but with the door closed it was a warm and stuffy night. My room, called the 'Judge's room',... More
