We rented an efficiency In September that was extraordinarily clean with a beautiful view of Long Lake. The owner David's friendliness and hospitality was an added bonus. HIs knowledge of the area and willingness to talk to us and help us out really helped us enjoy our stay.

The view from the screened porch is outstanding. Watching the sunrise and sunset on the private, sandy beach, is food for one's soul. Hearing the loons at night is special. The room is very clean, and the owner is friendly and helpful. We used this as home base and visited the Adirondack Museum, Wild Center, Whiteface Mountain, and Eaton Lake.... More

Each room has screened in porch that overlooks the lake. It was wonderful watching the sun rise and set. Also, we kayaked from the private beach and could leave our boats there safely. The accommodations were simple but clean, and the owner was very nice. All in all, a wonderful experience.
