My whole family stayed at the hotel and had great service and Marianna went above and beyond in helping us with the flower delivery debacle. Great staff and we'll stay again. The subway is at the corner for easy an easy trip into the city or use your uber for around $25.00

I spent one wonderful night at the Paper Factory Hotel and it was almost perfect. The location is fantastic - only a few miles from LGA and a few stops on the subway from Manhattan. The hotel has a cool loft feel with an interesting lobby and beautiful and spotless room. The bed was super comfortable. I loved that they... More

I love this hotel. It was chosen for us for our visit of New York, but that means Manhattan. The subway station lies directly in front of the hotel, so visiting Manhattan is easy. Direct trains to central park, broadway, 5th avenue etc. The hotel itself is nicely decorated in a rough industrial look. Very inviting. The rooms look sparse,... More

Booked a large wedding block at Paper Factory Hotel for our out-of-town guests, and our guests truly loved the ambiance and how unique it was! Great location for them to sightsee while in NYC with the subway literally across the street. And our guests really enjoyed finding relaxing spaces throughout the lobby, garden and quiet public spaces to socialize. They... More

Cool hotel (interior) close to Manhattan. Stayed four people (kids 9 & 11 + adults) in the room for one night. Ok space. The room itself felt quite spacious due the high ceiling and huge Windows. We had a room in the fourth floor facing the streets and Long Island, not Manhattan. Bed was comfortable and AC was very silent... More

My husband and I wanted to have a night away from the kids where we could relax and spend some time together. I picked this hotel because it looked nice and modern which is hard to find in New York and of course the price was on the low side( now I know why). I was so disappointed when in... More

We stayed at the Paper Factory Hotel because it was close to Astoria and other locations we were visiting. The Hotel is well appointed with industrial architectural decor. The common spaces are relaxing and inviting. The room was spacious for NYC with a full/ queen bed and large bath with over-sized tile shower. The room was comfortable. the hotel offers... More

I really wanted to love this hotel. Location: The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of Long Island City. The neighborhood is hit and miss but definitely off the beaten tourist path. This comes with benefits and drawbacks, most places nearby had no lines, and there are quite a few nice finds nearby. But if you’re looking to... More

The Paper Factory Hotel is just that. A Hotel built from a renovated Paper Factory. Word is that an incredible amount of investment was put into this hotel which is convenient to Astoria and Queens, and near subway to take you to the city. I found it to be excellent for the room (I had a Queen and my only... More

My wife and I just came back from a near perfect stay at the Paper Factory. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the stylish lobby - cosy and vintage, yet honoring the industrial character of the building. Little did we know our room would blow us away even more. In our online reservation form, we'd mentioned we were expecting a... More
