The Nesva proved to be a compact, nine story hotel with roughly 32 rooms two blocks from the N, R and E subway lines. My room was modern, nice, clean and quiet. The balcony gave inspirational sunset and sunrise views of Midtown Manhattan. I found the hotel to be a pleasant respite from the cost and pretense of the hotels... More

This was a 3 night stay for business in Manhattan. My work travel planner couldn't find a place for me to stay in Manhattan for less than $250/night. A quick online search led me to Long Island City and the Nesva Hotel. This boutique style hotel offers great value, a great location, a great staff, and great rooms. I had... More

The room was nice and clean as well as very quiet. Unfortunately because I was travelling solo, I was given a room with two single beds (not even king single size) which were very narrow and uncomfortable, really meant for children, not adults. The blankets used on the bed could do well with being updated as the one I had... More

Location - close to subway NQR, very convenient to Manhattan, Flushing, or any other place you could reach by subway. Room - clean, cozy and what surprises us most is that it even has a good city view of Manhattan (maybe depend on which side your room is at). Remember - Don't check in too early since it might be... I stayed at the Nesva for 10 days and can highly recommend it. A short walk to the subway only 10 minutes into the city, a deli across the road and one of the quaintest little pubs I have been in. The staff are fantastic very friendly and helpful. The cost translated into real value for money.

Dear Mr. Gibson: I am truly sorry our service fell below your expectations. We are a small private boutique hotel that strives to satisfy every guest that stays with us. Hotel location - very easy to travel to and from the main sights in Manhatten and access to the essentials you may need whilst staying there. We were initially given a room on the 2nd floor, which was very clean and perfect for our needs, but my husband really wanted a high floor as he'd read that the view was... More

Staff were great, room was very clean, two minutes from the 39th avenue subway , which was safe. Only one issue, well two actually, the shower wasn't powerful enough for someone with hair, bath was great though,, and no full length mirror, I think these rooms are more for business travellers. Bed was so comfortable. Noisy heater that came on... More
