That's a very nice hostel! Breakfast is not avaliable, but there are some places to eat nearby. Safe place, clean (linens were not changed in four days though), fair price, few meters from Queensboro subway station, free wifi connection. Check the lounge at the 2nd floor, it's very nice. I recommend this hostel, for sure!

Overall a great (and quite cheap) place to stay. Public transportation gets you easily and in just 10 mins in Manhattan. Rooms are extra clean, with A/C, wooden floor. beds are confortable. It's not a party hostel, it's very quiet at night. The only problem could be the neighborhood, kind of scary at night.

Stayed at Q4 in the fall of 2012. Was not sure what to expect but was more than pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was immaculate, the common room and shared kitchen was fantastic and the location was ideal. It was a bit noisy but it is NYC after all. Thank you for the great stay and... More

The common room is amazing, you can make your own food, cook more healthy things, or walk a block down the road and get fast food/ cafe food! There is a small corner shop just down the road with multiple subways. It was cheap too, you meet loads of people - It has a pool table, ping pong and a... More

Really nice, modern, secure hostel. Hotel prices in Manhattan are a criminal, cramped and expensive. Stay just one metro stop over the river and you have this place. Cheap, clean, and better than many of the hotels I've stayed in in Manhattan for 10 times the price. Kitchen, lounge area, free wifi. We took a 4 bed dorm (2 of... More

No breakfast. Price is good. Clean and very near to the metro. Is that all you for enjoy New York in the budget. Expect a lot of noises in the rooms from the trains and traffic jam outside. bed female dorm insuite for example was 43 dolares per night. You cannot find this price in a hostel in New York.

Pro: A really nice clean hotel that is in a great location. There are 2 stations within walking distance and time square is only 4-5 stops away. Transport running 24hr makes it easy to get home at anytime! The hostel was a bank originally so the downstairs/vault has been converted into the kitchen/common area. There's a projector, table tennis, pool... More

This place was amazing for the price. Paid $130 a night for a private room (which is half price compared to hotels in Manhattan!) The good: -Great Price -Across the street from the Metro, which in 5 stops you can be in Times square! (Takes about 15min). So even though the hostel is not in Manhattan it is super super... More

I stayed here with two of my friends for two nights, and overall the experience was great. The rooms were very clean, and the common area downstairs was nice. One of the negative things that we found that was there was only one overhead light. We were in a room with 4 bunk beds and it would have been great... More
