Nice hotel, friendly staff. Everything is smaller than shown in the pictures. Even though the room is on the small side it was clean and comfortable. A 3 minute walk to the subway station and you are in Manhattan in no time. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The in-house restaurant is great for breakfast (not included in the rate).... More

It was the night of my Dad's birthday party, so we booked rooms at the hotel, the view of Manhattan was breathtaking, breakfast at the balcony was very relaxing, we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff were beyond helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and the furnishings were great. The subway station is just down the street and made it so easy to come and go. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and will definitely stay here again. One person, I believe his name is Jared, went above and beyond to make us... More

I recently came here for an anniversary party, and it was absolutely beautiful! First of all, the view from the floor to ceiling windows of the city was fantastic! It is really breathtaking. The room itself is also very classic and they had decorated it very nicely. The food was delicious. They had a buffet, but after speaking to the... More

At first, I thought the idea of staying at a hotel in Long Island City was sort of nutty when, after all, I was going to be at a conference and doing business in Manhattan. Much to my (pleasant) surprise, it turned out to be a great experience. The hotel will run you about $100 less per night than staying... More

Nothing but problems from check in till check out. First, don't let them place you on the 10th floor, there is a banquet hall above and it is noisy. I called the front desk to complained that I couldn't sleep because of the noise and they couldn't help me, told me the party shouldn't end too late. Room service was... More

My girl friend and I had a very pleasant 3-night stay in this hotel, from June 10 through the 13th. The hotel was new and very clean, and the room was lovely. Beds were comfy, with nice comforters. Front desk staff were pleasant and professional, and they arranged for a car service to take us to JFK. The Metro station... More

We had a very pleasant stay before and after our flight to Europe. It's a 15 minute easy subway ride to Manhattan and the view of the Manhattan was awsome from our room. Everyone was nice and helpfull at the front desk.

Everyone at this hotel was easy to deal with, I have a few favorites, but I have even less names, unfortunately. Michael at the Front Desk is very excellent, friendly and helpful. He seems very versed in hotel operations and will handle what you need in a timely manner. Tatiana, I believe, is the hostess for the restaurant downtstairs. Funny... More

First of all, this is a very nice hotel and has a spectacular view of Manhattan out on the balcony I believe on each floor. The room was clean and nice, though a little cramped. On the negative, my stay included a Saturday night stay and apparently there was some sort of big party on the 11th floor. I called... More
