This was my first extended trip to New York so I wanted a hotel which was away from the bustle and expensive of Manhattan, but close enough that I could travel in and out when I pleased.. The Four Points fit the bill perfectly, with a choice of two subway stops within 5 minutes or so walk. It is also... More

This was my first time in New York that I didn't stay in Midtown Manhattan. I was skeptical, but this hotel really impressed me! John at reception was very helpful and the view of the city from my room was incredible. I was pleasantly surprised to see they offered room service and a robe in the room. The location is... More

I loved this hotel, and wish I had stayed more then one night. This hotel has a restaurant, Terrasse, gym, and swimming pool. The hotel is also perfectly located in Long Island Queens, in walking distance to manhattan, and Broadway, and Steinway where you can shop, plenty of restaurants , coffee shops, and stores, including a Victoria Secret. I highly... More

Spent a night at the 4 Points. It was able to book that day and got a good rate. The room was clean and new. The bed confortable. It was however close to the elevator and got elevator noise most of the night. Remember to ask not be across from the elevator. Check In was easy and everyone was eager... More

The hotel was fairly new but the rooms are on the smaller size (it is New York, what do you expect?!). Hotel services are not bad, the front desk staff are helpful and the bar is decent. The area around it gets quite at night but is safe-we stayed there 8 nights and did not see anything disturbing. The proximity... More

We were in New York for 5 days and had a great stay here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfy! The hotel is located within a few minutes walk of several subway stations which made going into the city everyday very easy. Great priced drinks at the bar - especially during Wednesday night happy hour!... More

We had a a great 5 night stay. Booked 3 rooms (3 parties of 2) The rooms were very clean, modern and the beds super comfortable. Bathrooms very clean too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great value for NYC pre-cruise or for any stay in NYC. Short 4 to 5 minute walk to the 39th street subway station.... More

We live in NYC but had our wedding day in September and lot of guests in our home, so we wanted to spend our wedding night in a hotel. Because it was Sunday, the rate for the hotel was very, very low. And I mean LOW. Room was very clean and modern, bathroom also clean, the view was priceless and... More

Good place to stay if trying to avoid the cost of Manhattan. Subway a few blocks away. Great view of the city. Parking garage is tiny, 12 spots maybe, otherwise it's street parking. We lucked out and got the last spot. Front desk wasn't knowledgeable about gold guest check in gifts. Manager had to clarify. Will stay again.

The hotel is the absolute best value for money. I called the corporate office and got my expedia quote cut in half. The room was on the smaller side by clean and the beds we're comfortable. Free wifi and bottled water. THE ABSOLUTE BEST THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE STAFF Tatiana and John we're amazing. They helped us find... More
